Flowers were not delivered next day as requested and with zero notice of a delay. I called in around 6:30pm and was told they are still out for delivery. Delivered on Sunday instead and the delivery person even asked for a tip because he said he had a hard time finding the place. I was really embarrassed the delivery person would do that. Why would what was advertised not be what i ordered? I would never order from here again!!

The vase was not your typical glass vase. It was a rustic wood which matched perfectly for the fall inspired flowers that were used. Secondly the flowers used for fillers were not the custom used greenery. Lastly the flowers and fall motif were beautifully prepared and the flowers were fresh and not dried due to Miami's heat. What they do is change the moss around the roots so you cannot see the bugs. They look like concentrated spider webs/cotton. My husband bought several plants to decorate our home the day before Thanksgiving. When he arrived and I was going to arrange the orchids, I noticed that the majority had a blatantly visible mealy bug problem. I called the owner who was very polite and she asked that I sent her pictures. I did. She told me there would be no problem in returning or exchanging. I kept the small orchids (that didn't seem to have any visible infestation, at a risk) and had my husband return the large white orchids. He showed up on Thanksgiving morning to process the return as the owner agreed to and the employee at the shop was extremely rude and condescending. My husband just kept telling her that I had spoken to the owner and that he was only there to return the infested orchids as we agreed. She berated him for no reason and accused him of nothing being wrong with the plants and that clients are never happy. She also said that she couldn't believe we would show up on Thanksgiving to return the orchids. They were clearly infected. The last thing we wanted to do was have to find the time to return the plants, be left without them, and for my husband to have to deal with an employee that lacks education in customer service.

We had a special arrangement in mind, and searched high and low for estimates from different places and florists. I live close by to F+S, and am thrilled I discovered them! I went in with a photo of the color palette and flowers we wanted to use. One of their floral designers, Idalina, took her time to select the appropriate flowers and did not rush me, nor rush the process of selecting the perfect flowers to replicate the vision we had. Aside from being very service-oriented, they offered very competitive prices and were able to customize the vases, so they would go with our decor for the baby shower. They arrived at the venue on time, and I received a notification as soon as they were delivered. They were very professional, customer-oriented and the arrangements were admired by all of our guests! By the end of the event, many of the guests asked if they could take the arrangements (from their tables) home, because they were so beautiful!!! If you don't want to spend the money to have them do the arrangements, they also sell the flowers and accessories, and you can make them yourself. (I was not that brave, and their prices were much better than other florists I'd visited - so the decision to let them do it all, was easy!) I gave the flowers an extra day to see if they would open, instead they are dying. I have had roses in my hous that last well over a week. I would not be using Flower & Services in the future nor would I recommend them. They do not stand behind their products.
