We were feeling a craving for Godfather's Pizza, so drove to the location in Columbus. Stood deciding on what to order, then when we placed the order we were informed that they were out of mushrooms and olives. We were ordering veggie pizzas, so that was half of the veggies. We politely asked if we could just substitute the items they were out of for other veggies. No. No chance. No apology, No suggestion for a build your own option. Just a flat out, rude no. It's disappointing that they don't have two of the most common pizza toppings, but it's even more disappointing the lack of customer service. It was clear the staff was there for a paycheck, not to actually help customers. Godfather's has changed so much--from a customer-centric family-oriented pizza place to nothing special. Inside and outside near the trucking area was pretty clean, not a lot of truck parking. They have pizza and subway to choose from food wise.

As a trucker I pass this travel stop a lot and often take my 10 hour breaks here. Upon one of my many showers here I noticed the wash cloth they provided me was dirty with stains on it. Not sure what was on it nor did I want to , just think they should be more thorough with the cleanliness and sanitizing of the hospitality they offer to their customers. Ok I needed a water fountain to clean out an incident last night that happened while I was driving. So, I stopped here and looked out front by the air compressor and there was one there. This was free at the time I came by. But anyway, this greatly helped my big problem as I would have been miserable if I had to drive another 300 miles putting up with this mess inside my vehicle. I also went inside where they have a Subway and a Chesters. Of course, I chose chicken. The General Manager came out and greeted me and asked if I needed any help. The general manager at this location works 6 days a week from 6am till 6pm. Anyway. I thought it was worth mentioning. Nothing against the store I use loves all the time but I think it is very unsettling when an employee walks up while I'm pumping gas and lights a cigarette. Then accused me of being racist when I asked her to put it out so she wasn't putting us all in danger!! read more

Wow I like this Loves. They hot dogs here 2 for $3. You can put the toppings you want in them including mustard, onion, relish and other stuff. They have big nice clean rest rooms too. There's plenty of parking for cars and I even saw big 18 wheelers parking in the back. I guess they want hot dogs too. Oh yeah. My favorite feature of Loves is their Coffee Island and station. Not only do they have coffee but they also have French vanilla cappuccino. I live for this. read more

Traveling from Starkville to Florida and stopped to get morning coffee. I have to say this is the cleanest Loves I have ever been in. Staff was happy and helpful at 6:30am! Don't usually rate gas stations but this was is exceptional! read more
