I have been driving to and from Chesapeake weekly now and this place is right along the way and I am very thankful for that. The bathrooms are always super clean and well-stocked, which is generally the main reason why I have to stop here... But, they have so many other cool things too! If you need a phone charger, cute souvenir, nasal spray, whatever, they seem to have it all. They also have a great selection of candy including their brand of probably the best peach rings I have ever had. The watermelon, pineapple and apple were a huge hit too, if you are into gummy candy (which I am.) There are a bunch of flavors of tiny donuts packs, Mexican pastries, beef jerky and all kinds of amazing road trip food. The drink cooler is huge (berry fanta? What?!?!?) and the make your own coffee station is pretty awesome. I wasn't feeling the greatest and could even make myself a chai hot tea! At a truck stop gas station! The gas is also cheaper than a lot of the places near my home, by generally at least $.20/gallon. I find myself looking forward to stopping at a gas station, which is obviously never a phrase I thought I would hear myself say. If you are on the 460, this is definitely a great place to stop. read more

I actually found this Loves on accident while heading to another, I can't complain much due to the fact it is a public area with truckers and general public. The staff isn't all that kind but they are respectful and handle business as need be. Sometimes the influx of foot traffic tends to overwhelm the staff I do personally believe they should have a few more employees especially near register for the late nights and early mornings , cause that's when things seem to lag. Other than the nitpicking this location isn't bad at all very convenient just good luck with finding parking especially during a rush! read more

I have been stopping at this Love's location every other week for the past 5 years. While the gas prices are reasonable and the bathrooms consistently clean, I recently had a very disappointing experience. We always purchase snacks and drinks during our stops, and my daughter typically enjoys the Love's beef jerky. Last week, we bought two bags that were on sale. On our way home, my daughter noticed that one of the bags had a strange smell, and after a small taste, she said it tasted off. The other bag was perfectly fine. We returned on Sunday (the jerky was purchased on Friday) to request an exchange. Unfortunately, the manager was very short with me and unhelpful, stating that once I leave the lot, it's no longer their problem. They also mentioned I could return the product to another Love's location, but this is the closest one to us - and it's a 2-hour drive away. This was a very unpleasant experience and not the level of service I would expect, especially after being a loyal customer for so long. read more

Chile sometimes I be thinking this truck is trying to bankrupt me. :heavy sigh: Anyways, leak in the brake chamber when in park. It's a quick and relatively inexpensive fix but when you're on the road repairs are typically anything but. My driver was loaded and headed up 95 when I found this Love's. I called ahead to confirm they have a service shop and the person who answered was friendly and confident in the repair. It took about 4 hours to be seen but no biggie since we were stopped for the night anyway. Repair complete within 2 hours and we made our delivery on time Monday morning. AND it came out to $50 less than I expected. Santa may stop at our house after all in a few weeks. Driver also reported that the curly fries and chicken nugz at the attached Arby's were good. A win is a win. read more

Stopped here to let our dog run around their dog park and ran in for a bathroom break. The bathrooms were the cleanest gas station bathrooms I've ever been in! The dog park was nice and roomy and perfect for our German shepherd to stretch her legs. read more

Incredibly clean, including the restrooms. Staff was courteous and energetic and they have every snack and drink under the sun available. I probably spent way too much time shopping around instead of driving to Richmond, but it was well worth the stop. The gas was about $.10 cheaper than the station across the street. Another plus - the attached Arby's smells delicious! It'll be my regular stop when I'm heading up north! read more

As with most Loves, the rest rooms were clean. Their snack selections for road travelers is plentiful. There is a fast food restaurant attached if you prefer a hot meal. My only issue was as I was trying to get hot chocolate I realized i was only getting hot water so I notified the assistant that was standing next to me and her response was she knew it was empty...they are out of it. One of the best stops for food and gas on 460! This location opened in 2018, so it's brand new. 1. The service is always top notch, the bathrooms and facility are incredibly clean, and they have a large selection of food and drink items available as well as many trucker necessities. 2. The Arby's that is attached is equally good and has a drive thru as well which makes your quick stop even easier. 3. Gas prices are generally within 1 to 2 cents of the lowest prices you'll find in the area. 4. Location- This Love's station is about 3 miles or so from interstate 95 and 295. Though it's a straight shot, it's probably too far for most drivers looking for a quick stop off the highway. For those driving on 460, it's a perfect destination that is easy to get into and out of. read more

I was very surprised with this place to be honest. It had EVERYTHING I needed. Like anything you can possibly think of! We soon had to go to the restroom and we were expecting a dirty restroom but the bathroom was sparkling clean and they even had a scale where you could out a quarter in it to activate it! The service was incredible! The lady at the counter was very kind. Once we bought some things, and brang it home, it tasted SO GOOD! If you ever need like a snack or something or need gas or need to go to the bathroom then I recommend this place because all of the other gas stations I have ever been too have always been bad and dirty, but this one- this one was incredible. read more

One of the loves off of the beaten path, parking doesn't get full( at least from what I've seen) has a shop, store was clean , has laundry room. Showers are clean. Arby's only food choice here, not bad. Lot is clean. Only an hour from Norfolk VA. read more

When the milkshake machine works it's a halfway decent Arbys. Typical truck stop/gas station. Coffee is ok and not much variety on creamers, I use almond instead of milk and there is nothing but non-dairy powder there. read more

So I order loaded curly fries they tell me they are out of cheese sauce. But failed to mention it the same sauce that goes on my 1/2lb beef n cheddar I ordered as well. So once i pull up to window and ask why so cheap then they question themselves and finally realize cause they didn't ring up beef n cheddar. So now we move forward and take my payment and as I'm waiting they are moving about in awww cause now they don't have tops for the four vanilla shakes I ordered as well only enough for two. So now here I am I have to take two over whelming shakes that whip cream and shake are going all over my truck. Smh . Glad it was late night not a lunch rush which the county of Prince George would have ceased to exist had that happen. read more

Brand new truck stop, very clean. Great lighting at night and staff is extremely friendly. Also has an Arby's that's open 24/7.
