I ordered a steak and chicken bowl, and the employee accidentally added sour cream even though I am highly allergic to it. Instead of immediately making a new bowl, he initially tried to scrape the sour cream off my food. Thankfully, another crew member immediately stepped in and told him to prepare a completely new bowl. I truly appreciate that employee because food allergies should always be taken seriously. We also ordered a chicken and cheese quesadilla and a cheese quesadilla, but they were prepared differently than they had been on previous visits. When I politely asked the manager about it, I felt my concerns were dismissed instead of addressed professionally. After thinking about the overall experience, I returned to request a refund. Since I had already thrown away my receipt, the manager initially refused to help and stated she wasn't going to retrieve it from the trash.
