My fiancée and I recently did a cross-country trip in a van and became loyal Love Travel center fans, looking for each center for diesel fill-ups, resting and buying of food and supplies. With the exception of this center, each center was very welcoming and clean. At this center, I had my first (and possibly last) experience with doing laundry at a Love's. The whole laundry experience took me about three hours, eating up a good chunk of our travel time. My experience included the following: 1. I easily found the laundry area, which included two washing machines. One had Love's blue towels in it, though hadn't been turned on yet. 2. I tried repeatedly to get a credit card to work in the remaining machine and kept failing, eventually getting a message to get service. 3. I eventually went to the person at the counter and asked for help. She came back with me and didn't know what to do. 4. I suggested unplugging and plugging the machine back in, as that had worked at another laundry center. 5. She tried that, resulting in the machine cycling through updates and processing for over 10 minutes. Eventually it showed an "E24 error." 6. She then said she would go ask the manager for help. 7. Since she never returned after 20 minutes, I went to the register and found her there. She asked, "Still doesn't work?" I said it still did not so she then asked the manager to help me. 8. The manager immediately said that the washing machines don't work with credit cards so got me $3 in quarters and that worked. (I found no signs posted on this issue. I am grateful that he didn't take my offer to pay him back.) 9. When asked if the dryers worked with cards, he said he thought so. 10. He was wrong so I went to the counter to get change. 11. The same manager then sent the same attendant to help me. She knew nothing about the machines only taking coins and the manager didn't mention that issue to her. 12. So I told her the issue might be that machines only take coins. She then helped me get another $3 in quarters. That worked. 13. She later came to unload the store towels and said sorry for the troubles. That's when I told her again about only coins work and suggested putting up signs. She gave me a blank look and didn't put up a sign while I was here for the next hour. I love Love's Travel Centers and can see that they have strict policies for greeting guests and for keeping the restrooms clean. However, they don't seem to have policies on keeping their laundry rooms in working order or posting signs on how to use the machines. They likely don't make a lot of money from the laundry room, but the convenience is a great benefit for travelers. Also, all previous Love employees have been helpful and friendly. The ones here felt uncaring. I hope the laundry room now has a sign or that the machines have been fixed. read more

Store is always clean and stocked. Pumps are well kept and gas price is acceptable for a highway location. Be sure to download app to take advantage of 10 cents a gallon on gas at all loves. Restaurant (carls jr) is okay. Service and quality is little below standard. read more

I can't say too much about this location because I just got out of surgery and can't go in. Both of my son's went in to grab some food and drinks. I haven't eaten since yesterday and am quite hungry. From the outside, it seems fairly busy and the store has a Carl's Jr. inside. One of my son's, Jesse, said the store was clean and we'll organized. He also said the lady working greeted them and was very nice and helpful. This stop is located on Radio Road just South of I-40, to me it's kind of hidden. We got a ham and cheese club on wheat, Italian club sandwich, some Jack Link beef sticks and a Dr. Pepper. All of it looks good! I'm ready to eat! read more

This is a gas station? We went to this one because we were told that this specific one is a truck stop and is the place to buy Oklahoma souvenirs like refridgerator magnets and key chains. We went to a couple other ones closer to OKC, but, they didn't have it and left us thinking does Oklahoma have any souvenirs worth buying? Men's bathrooms is clean, but, when traveling, my wife still prefers me to stop at the closest Kohl's. Yes, they do have gas. But, who needs gas when my wife is a quest for souvenirs? We could of stayed outside and picked up some dust and threw it in a bottle. It's a good stop. Not sure that I'll ever visit again now that I purchased souvenirs from them. read more

If you are looking for a safe, clean and friendly stop this it. It was an easy stop for gas, you're greeted by the friendly staff and assisted with your quick shopping needs. The ladies room was clean and well supplied. I know as a traveler you need to be cautious of where you stop. This travel center is definitely not your daddy's truck stop. read more

I am such a fan of Love's Travel Stops, and will purposely try to stop at their locations when on a road trip. This particular stop has extremely clean restrooms! Otherwise, plenty of gas station pumps with tap and chip readers which is an ultra plus because I've gotten way too many credit cards compromised by swiping at other gas stations. read more

I filled my tank up and went to take a shower, but five minutes in I get accused of stealing a shower by Clint. He was knocking on the door every five minutes telling me to hurry up and get out. He told me to show him my ticket, I had the app but it doesn't show up as a receipt until a few minutes after your shower is over. I don't care what kind of deal you have with my company, I will not be coming back. read more

My husband and I have traveled over 3,000 miles in the last five days, which has resulted in a LOT of stops at truck stops. This particular stop was very pleasant. It has a dog park which was great for my dogs. The bathroom was clean. The store was organized. The food was in stock and good. They were nice. I liked how the drive through was big enough for trucks with small trailers. It is overall my favorite Love's on I-40 and if we are ever in Oklahoma again we will stop here. read more
