They even charged almost a dollar for the bbq sauce that accompanied the over priced chicken. I didn't mind paying for the chicken bc I was in a tight spot but they charge 1.98 for the 2 for a dollar chips. If I wasn't in a time constraint I could have saved money at Hardee's and everyone knows how expensive they are. In all seriousness I drive a lot as work takes me all over in Georgia Florida Alabama Mississippi Louisiana and Tennessee.... So I go into alot of gas stations. Some stations have cheap gas but expensive food others have expensive gas but deals on food... this location has neither. Most gas station chicken places give you a sauce with your expensive chicken. They do not. You will pay about 33% more in "convenience" from this location than the average gas station. I knew it would be rough, I expected to pay possibly right at 10 bucks... ended up paying a bit over 14 bucks. I regret over paying out of convenience.... Would have been better off fasting I suppose. The chicken was OKAY. Bbq sauce was mid. They have the right to charge what they want.... As I have the right to complain about it and possibly help people save money. If I am ever unfortunate enough to have to stop there again, I'll update yall and let yall know if it changes... but I doubt that will happen. Update! So to drive my point home... I stopped at another station may miles down the road exit 1 in Cuba at the Cuba 1 stop. Got the exact same thing as at the trackside truck stop. Guess what!? Spent 9.82 and the gentleman was nice and courteous. If you can make it here I recommend the Cuba one stop way over.

I returned to find my car gone and was forced to arrange an expensive ride back when I live right down the road. The only reason I even knew where my vehicle went was because of my AirTag tracker. Now I am being told I must wait over 30 hours just to make contact with this company. That is unacceptable. Towing vehicles without cause or notice is not only irresponsible but borders on predatory and unlawful behavior. I fully understand towing cars that are illegally parked, but that is not what happened here. This was a permitted space, and the complete lack of communication is indefensible. I can only imagine how many students and residents have been taken advantage of in the same way. This practice is exploitative, and I will not hesitate to escalate this matter further. With legal counsel in my family and direct knowledge of how these situations are addressed, I feel fully prepared to challenge what is clearly an unethical and wrongful business practice.

Horrible company. My teenage daughter stuck in mud on the side of highway, AAA dispatches M&S and…read morethey say it will be an hour. After an hour M&S calls my daughter and tell her they're not going to come. She calls AAA and is told they still show M&S is coming. So I call M&S and I'm told, very rudely, they are not coming. I ask if they informed AAA of this fact, lady on the phone says "We told your daughter, she can tell them!" Now it's getting close to night, and AAA is just finding out that their provider is not going to come and they have to find someone else. I don't blame AAA because they were in the dark, but M&S are terrible and basically don't care. Save yourself the heartache, get someone else from the beginning or you will find yourself still stuck on the side of the road.
