I make a point to stop at Love's because of a horrible experience I had at a Pilot, as such I avoid all Pilot's and Flying J's. Every Love's I stop at is clean and very similarly organized and laid out. The bathrooms are always clean and the staff are always friendly. This location is not an acceptation to the rule. I had a very positive experience here and the fuel was well priced. I will continue to frequent Love's locations. read more

I hate Love's truck stop. They have no love. They no longer allow tired drivers to stay in their parking lot overnight. I've been driving all day delirious from the road. All I wanted to do was Park and sleep for the night. And they would not allow it because I am not a truck driver. I will never stop at another loves I will run out of gas first !!!! read more

There are no regular diesel pumps at this loves. Only semi. We drove around twice trying to find them. They are normally on either end of the fuel pumps. None. We drove around back and there were also none in the back next to the semis. read more

I was humiliated today! Sharon the store manager of some sort. Accused me of theft and threatened to call the police on me after I told her I paid for the shower and entered the shower with the code I was given from the app. Sharon was very disrespectful and yelled at me while calling me a thief through a closed door, I had no clothes on and she banged on the door demanding to see paper receipt in which you don't get through your mobile app. They continued to talk about me disrespectfully as her she questioned workers right next the door for an eternity. This love is a total joke had to stay at this loves over weekend due not being able to getting unloaded until Monday stayed the night took my shower and got up to get lunch at Jacks and walked to get some exercise when I came back to my truck I had a sticker on my truck stating this is your final notice truck will be towed. I went in to talk to the manger and she informed me I'm am not allowed to leave my truck which I was not aware I wasn't allowed to leave my truck for 1hr how am I to take a shower or eat are you kidding this is not right by any stretch of the imagination we are human beings not robots read more

Helpful and friendly people here. The staff were nice and the truck repair shop in the back helped me put air in my tire and patch a small hole so I could get home. The place was pretty clean inside and out. Nice to see that there are still helpful people out there. read more

This loves is the worst I've been to, they never have showers available and not only that. You can't say nothing to nobody with them catching a attitude, hot even a dam Hey! How are you doing? I love "Loves" but this one ain't it. They failed the assignment. There is a very beautiful older lady with a short cut when I saw her, that works here in the food area she is the sweetest person very respectful and attentive, she needs a raise, other than that. It really depends who's on duty but most of the time's I've been to loves flowood. The customer service sucks at night. You come to the fuel dest and the clerks will stand off looking at you wait while there standing and talking. The guys over in the store are somewhat ok but not very friendly like other loves seems like they hate that they are there. And this one lady thats there is also not such a good employee. Can I give this joint negative stars? 1.5 hours for the service truck to show up... 10 miles away. I can live with that. Tech forgot his air wrench, went back to shop only 10 miles away and showed up 1 hour and 45 minutes later. He said he was delayed because he had to help another tech in the shop, meanwhile I've been sitting on 36 get off ramp for 4 hours. Absolutely ridiculous. 1-why did the tech not ensure he had the proper tools before leaving and why is there not an air ratchet on the service truck? 2-When you have a customer waiting, don't go screw around and return 2 hours later. read more

I purchased a cute purse to give as a Christmas present yesterday morning then stepped over to the Chester's Chicken in the truck stop to get my husband something to eat. I accidentally left the purse and did not have a chance to get it until 5am to see if they had it. They did!!! Not a fan of this location... For starters, it's really easy to miss the exit because you need to change 2 lanes right before the exit heading eastbound plus I never stop here because it's not easy off and easy on, kinda far from freeway, I like Love's right by the freeway so I rather drive a little further to the next Love's. For me every minute counts. This location needed to be remodeled yesterday, it's really old and crappy compared to the rest Love's travel centers, because that's kinda one of the main reasons why I stop at Love's. I understand most places are doing their best during COVID and requiring customers to wear face coverings can be a challenge. However, this location does have a face covering policy so one would expect the staff would be following this policy.... that is not the case. Alisha at the Subway in this travel stop prepared my food order WITHOUT a face covering on. Unacceptable during these times. read more

The travel stop itself was not the issue;however, the Subway located inside the store was incredibly uninviting. The customer service did not meet my needs nor did the state of the seating area. I work in Pearl. I went to Love's to get some gas on my lunch break. I was at the pump and one of the workers who works in the mechanic shop at the store was pulling the trash at the pump. He spoke to me, and then looked down at my front tire and told me it was almost flat. He then told me to go around the back and one of his workers would take care of it. I immediately went around and was assisted promptly. I had no wait, even though there was only one empty slot to go in to be seen. The mechanic that helped me was very professional and friendly. If it hadn't been for me going to Love's and the very nice mechanic at the gas pump, I would have probably been stranded on the road. Thank you so much Love's. I have visited Love's stores before including this one on several occasions, and everyone in the store has always been nothing but friendly. read more
