This place is well stocked! I try to avoid busy times, I don't like shopping carts tailgating each other. I love their vegetables, fruit and meat. The meat is the best I have found in MS. They have lots of prepared food and meal kits. I have not found a good selection of shaved deli meat. They do have pieces of meat I could slice myself, I will try that. I do like Kirkland brand paper towels and toilet paper. The Kirkland coffee is good. I am not crazy about the Kirkland sliced turkey lunch meat. Lots of frozen food. Lots of pharmacy items, cloths, electronics, furniture. They do have self checkouts that move pretty fast. read more

This is an interesting Costco that seems to be one of the fastest to get in and then it has a far faster check out than other locations I've visited. I find this Costco far less crowded than others I've visited so you can also park pretty near the entrance most of the time as well. Unfortunately they seem to lack a lot of the things I find in other Costco locations I frequent. The gas station lines are a longer wait than the Mobile location but far less than the location in New Orleans. Their pumps for some reason don't work as well here when you try to use the longer hoses to fill your vehicle with a fuel inlet on the opposite side from the pump as the pump constantly cuts off which is something I've never experienced at other Costco locations. For some reason I can never find dill pickles at this Costco. The fruit selection here is often not as well stocked as other locations as they often seem to be out of raspberries here and their selection of organic produce is less to non-existent compared to what I usually find. They are getting an Aldo built nearby that will make this a better shopping location where you can find some great Aldi items that Costco lacks. So overall this area is becoming a nice shopping space where you can balance the benefits of both Costco and Aldi so if they would only add a Trader Joe's and Whole Foods they would really be groovy! read more

I experience a very bad problem in the customer service department and IF IT'S NOT CORRECTED, IT COULD GET MUCH WORSE. At 4:30 pm on 12/6/24, I went to customer service to have a picture made for a Costco ID card. I didn't know the procedure for service so I attempted to ask for directions from the customer service man that was involved in what appeared to be a casual conversation with a lady. The lady that he was talking to said for me to come forward because she was leaving. This angered the attendant, he raised his voice and told me to "get behind the yellow line until he called me". The tone and tenor of the representative was both treating and intimidating and no customer should be treated in this manner. I was embarrassed and angry because of this treatment. I immediately reported this to the department manager who said that she would take care of it. Please check this incidence on your security camera. THIS MAN SHOULD NOT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. Compared to Sams this place is like heaven. There aren't as many trashy people shopping here and hopefully it stays that way. The gas station employees are terrific and they do a great job of keeping cars moving and traffic going. Membership might be a little more than Sams but it's worth it. read more

This review is about the fact that the air compressor for tires is not on and running at 8AM. I fully understand that the machines are turned off overnight, but there are employees in the store at 6AM, seems that one of them could walk over to the tire center and start the compressor. I do not believe that it requires a degree in engineering to understand how to turn the air on. There are many people that start their day at 6AM and find out that their tire(s) may need air in them and how easy it would be to stop by Costco and put air in their tire. We recently joined the Costco membership. I used their catering services which only only be signed up for in-store. I received so many compliments on the croissant sandwich platters! I was able to pick them up in a timely manner. I would have joined for the catering service alone although I am further away from the location. My only complaint would be they only accept Visa. read more

Great experience at Costco service tonight. I had a low tire pressure alert. Pat in service came right out and put air in with a smile on his face (I could tell by his eyes bc he had a mask on, of course!!!). He then told me what to watch for and said to come right on back and he'd fix me up if I had more trouble. Highly recommend! read more

I just left Costco in Ridgeland. I walked up to the cashier, gave her my membership card. Without so much as 2 seconds to say to me that she had gotten a message on her register (immediately after swiping my card) that I qualified for an upgrade to another membership level, the cashier yelled "upgrade", whereupon; a person I assumed is a supervisor walked up and took my card. That person proceeded to walk away with my card (again without so much as a peep to me about what was going on or why he was walking away with my card). So I stopped him and asked where the hell is he going with my card. He then turned around to say that I qualified for an upgrade to another level of membership. Well guess what, you, Costco, don't get to decide if I want to upgrade to another level. You can let me know that I qualify and you let me know you are willing to offer me the upgrade, but I get to decide if I want to upgrade. You don't get to just have someone walk up and take my card and walk away with it, without saying anything. I was flabbergasted at how that took place. Is it the company's policy that customers are just treated as if they have to accept an upgrade? Disrespected me as a customer, completely ignored my privacy in assuming that I was interested in an offer. I get to pay more money to Costco for a membership that is currently serving my needs well. read more

This review is for Costco's Online Ordering (which cannot be reviewed on Google) - not this particular location. I purchased a MacBook Air on 12/19/20. It was "lost in transit," and now I am seeking a replacement. I have called in three different times, each time being told that a replacement order would be shipped out in 2-3 business days. Each time, no replacement was shipped. We are now 3 weeks out from the order, I have been charged for the item, and I have been told repeated lies about a replacement being sent - and I still am no closer to receiving the item that I have already paid for. I am currently on hold for a supervisor (the first one disconnected immediately after picking up, after I waited 20 minutes to speak to them; now I'm holding the line for 35 minutes and the rep is still waiting for a supervisor). Word to wise - unless you can put your hands on an item and take it to the check-out, don't give this company your money, because they clearly don't give a damn about their online ordering customers. read more
