The loves is great, but the Naf Naf located inside the Love's was horrible. The food is good but the customer service is not it. The bald manager is rude and can not control his team or conduct basic quality control. The employee Nyla is even worse. She just stands and sings obnoxiously, talks to customers rudely, does not help, and plays with her dirty fingernails . They claim that "they ran out" of certain proteins but they just have a 5 minute wait. They yell at customers with an accents and walk away from you mid ordering. As customers, my husband and I should not have received the treatment we did. What is even worse is there was no one we could complain too, because the manager is the root of the problem. Stopped at the Denny's to eat (left a review there, don't waste your money) and then get some sleep for the night. Ended up leaving for another loves further up the road because this one just made me uncomfortable. Did not seem to be in the best area so I got back on the road. Lady up front "Nikita"was very rude and unprofessional being that this was "Loves" just left me in shock! The word loves should at least mean they would take care of you. I went in shopping for shot glasses and found the perfect two! And upon paying for them the "Nikita" threw both shot glasses in a plastic bag and handed them to me completely ignoring the fact that they were glass and didn't care that I just bought them solely for the fact of them being glass souvenirs. When I told her about them she got more blunt with me and Nikita got a attitude because I confronted her about what she did. Wish she would have at least told me an apology. As a senior advisor I have never ran into an employee at loves that was courteous and had a heart of gold, while she was helping me with adding points to my Loves reward card she would always say hello to customers walking by or walking in the store, she was professional and wise about Loves policy and procedures and was multi task oriented all at the same time. She was very detailed and always had a great huge smile.on her face, you can tell she loved her Career and not Job like most employees call it... Being a District Operations Training Manager for 23 yrs for Home depot, I would of hire this woman and made her a Regional Training Manager in seconds without wasting any time. So don't take your time with her cause you could lose her to another headhunter who is looking for employees like her. If the showers were cleaner then I would give it 4 or the 5 stars. Despite the fact that I have OCD and this might be a biased I don't think little hairs should be on the sink and by the toilet or poop! I only gave it 2 stars because the restrooms are actually cleaner. Anyway, the shower curtain was sooo dirty if they don't want to put up another one at least it should be washed. And there ants in the shower I used so I was afraid they would get on my boots. Over all the showers are just awful but just everything else seems to be okay. read more
