After getting about Half way through the Car wash I was hit from Behind. After sitting there the Attendee got both mine and and the other car out. The Attendee came out And gave us an Incident report to fill out. And said his manager would get back to us becaus us because he was going out for Dinner. I asked to speak to the manager. So I asked him if I could please speak to the manager on his phone. And the manager told me that he couldn't speak right now because he was going out for dinner. So I stopped by the next day and asked to speak to the manager. I spoke to the manager and he said that the district manager said it was not our fault, And that we are not responsible if another Car hits another Car what in there Car Wash ... Luckily known was hurt..... So I filled out a police report with the Mokena police department. Just got call with the GAS and WASH district manager and he told me the same thing that it is not our responsibility if one car hits another car in the car The district manager didn't even ask if everyone was okay that was in the cars. This is the last time I will show up at any GAS and WASH. Because they just don't seem to be sympathetic to whatever happens to the people that come in their business. read more

I stopped going to the Mokena location off of Lagrange since they let their manager go. The store just wasn't the same anymore. It was nice to see a friendly face here, Tom, at this location. This gas and wash has the best food hands down. I get my dinner here every few nights my wife loves it too I think. Hot dogs and everything well cooked tho they could have a better alcohol selecshun. The slots are really fun and one time I even made it big on those bad boys. The donuts are also super good I also get slurpees there every Friday and Monday sometimes too and I get good gas. This store is one of the cleaner, more sleek stores I've seen. I love the layout, and they have a wide selection of products inside the store. Lots of soda, caffeine, alcohol (for those who drink), phone accessories, lottery, fresh food, and much more. Not to mention that the restrooms were clean, and there is a Dunkin Donuts inside the store. My favorite part however, is on the outside. E85 is available at this station, at 6 pumps! read more

Restrooms are immaculate at all times very well-stocked very well managed I am a truck driver and I must say this is the cleanest nicest place to refill your truck at plus they have a good rewards plan the only downfall is the short cashier with the smart mouth and smart ass comments who thinks she owns the place. It is lacking alcohol and the slot machines like the other food and fuel and gas and wash have what they now have a drive-thru for the Dunkin Donuts should be there any day now.
