Consistently horrid service. Diesel lanes frequently shut down, reports of water in their fuel, rude mechanics (not all of them), fountain drink dispenser frequently out of service, sweet tea in the unsweetened tea dispenser, French vanilla creamer in the half and half dispenser. I stopped by this morning to purchase a Bic lighter. Very simple purchase. I only stopped here because most of the time everyone has great customer service. However, today, I was asked for my ID to purchase the above-mentioned lighter. At first I though did I hear her correctly? Then she wanted my ID to scan for this purchase. I could understand, I guess, if I was very young (still not really because it is not illegal to purchase a lighter in Texas); however, the problem is, I am in my 50s! I think I know whether I am old enough to purchase a lighter or not. I will not be returning there again unless I absolutely have to have something which has only been once in 2 years. read more

Stopped here due only to best price fuel I have seen in many months, while traveling to Houston. Restrooms were clean, product on shelves were fresh with good selection , staff friendly. Daughter was looking at the fruit and vegetable cups, but blatantly she's picky. One staff member saw our struggle to decide on a healthy snack and made our daughter one with the stuff she wanted in the small platter. Stopped on the way back home from Houston. read more

Clean bathrooms, nice staff and decent snacks. Like a small Bucees but not as many fresh items as Bucees.

If I could give a negative star I would, the restrooms where extremely dirty you could smell urine just walking into the hallway to the restroom. People working here where very rude, unorganized and unprofessional. read more

Very rude young man at counter by the name of Joseph. My friend and I were buying nachos and some other things . Asked were napkins were very rudely said over there . Just because he has had a bad day no reason to take out on customer's. Customer service means to make your customer welcome and to help with their needs! Will not go back! read more

Checked in to the shop for a flat tire. It was 3:00 pm. Technician said next shift would take care of me. 3:30 they pulled me in shop. Repaired tire and was putting wheel back on truck and i noticed wheel ballancer was not on correctly and told tech and he corrected it. He then put outside wheel on and it was cocked and he torqued it on cocked side until he stripped the stud. 3.75 hours later i finally was leaving the shop. Told the clerk at the counter i would not pay for stripped stud since it was tech's mistake and he was rude but agreed. Was not charged for tire repair but would have been glad to pay and gotten out in a reasonable time for a flat. Am not convinced they would have even corrected their mistakes if I haven't been standing there and seen everything they were doing wrong. Very disappointed in the service I received here. While i was waiting inside I herd techs conversing about complaints they have been receiving so my opinion is if its an emergency use them but if not keep driving read more
