I truly never thought I would have a favorite gas station, but here we are. This spot is exactly between Seattle and Portland, making it a great mid-way stop. I was SO impressed by how large and clean it was. There were 4 stalls in the women's room, changing stations in both bathrooms, and they were SUPER clean! Looked and smelled freshly cleaned both times I stopped. They also have a huge stock inside. Every kind of snack and beverage is present! They also have things like phone chargers, stuffed animals, games, and other items. It's about 3-4x bigger than a standard gas station and is very clean and well organized. This was the first Love's we stopped at and it was a cool experience we came across during our road trip. My sister was familiar this Loves because she had driven cross country in the past. We didn't know this place offered a sort of sanctuary for truck drivers. My uncle who passed last year was actually a truck driver so it made me feel really good to know places like this exist to give people the opportunity to feel human again, refreshed and clean. The staff were genuinely nice and informative, and even the other travelers and locals we encountered were super friendly -- the whole place had a positive, welcoming vibe. Everything was clean, from the restrooms to the aisles, and they had a huge selection of items -- snacks, drinks, travel essentials, pet supplies, and more. Stopping at Love's is a whole vibe. It's fun to peruse their store items, food as well as tech, stuffed animals, cowboy hats (at this location), stickers, utility type clothing, you name it. Also you have a fairly good guarantee there will be clean bathrooms that are looked after regularly. All the boxes checked off here plus the cashier was very friendly, chatty, and helpful. Very rude, unconsidered people, I called like sprung 9pm today to check to see close time hours . Lady answer phone said 11pm. Needed to fix my tire on my truck. Got there at 10 pm guy said he was on his lunch break had 10 min left . He was not able to help me cause he had to clean shop and to put up inventory tires that they had just received shipment. I got the 2 for $5 deal and a drink and lunch was supercheap. Mom went next door to Carl's Jr. and paid $30 for a couple of sandwiches and fries. WTF? The gas at this station was also super cheap. Large RV's and motorhomes. This Loves is not RV friendly for larger vehicles. The truck area is extremely small and hard to get out of. There is only one way out and if you get in front of the fuel pumps you're stuck if you can't back up. We have gas 36' MH and could not get into the gas fuel area which DOES NOT connect to the truck area. We went across the street where we had more room and it was not so crowded and crazy. read more

This is my personal favorite rest stop between Seattle and Portland. The Love's Truck stop is perfectly positioned at the halfway point. They have good gas prices that are cheaper than anywhere in town. I also appreciate that they have nice bathrooms that are always clean and well maintained. The service staff is always super friendly and helpful. They have a large selection of beverages and snacks for the road. They even had some hot dogs if your in the mood. The Carl's Jr is located at this stop so it is conveniently located in case you want a hot fast-food meal. The truck stop also offers tools and supplies for those in need of them. Came into the Loves truck stop with oversized load. Drive is in the back and we usually stay in the front car area but Jennifer was not happy about use being there. And Jennifer came out every hour to tell my counterpart we couldn't park here at a truck stop where our trucks are for the night. After my counter went into the location and got it ok'd by the general manager. Wow, I guess my shower, gas and food doesn't generate enough money to park overnight. We had reefer battery died and trailer was loaded there was waiting but when i told them my reefer is turned off and its loaded they jump on it and install the new battery my reefer was back on running with in 20 minutes. The first thing Love's did when they took over the Flying J, was to close the restaurant and replace it with fast food. Now after tearing down the old station, they've built everything new, Including three brand new fast food options. The parking, which was always a challenge at the Flying J, is now worse. Looks newly built and was super clean. I've learned alot traveling over the years some by experience and some from my stepdad who was a truck driver. In general the big chain truck stops are where you want to stop if you're traveling long distances. They have larger bathrooms and have more employees so are usually very clean. Love's and Flying J truck stops are the best and I always look for them when I need to stop for gas or breaks. read more

This is one of the newer Love's, and is very well-kept and clean. The Truck parking is average, but definitely a lot better than the parking up at the Love's near Tacoma. There is a Starbucks right next door, which is actually why we decided to stop here. The coffee was much appreciated after getting up for a 3 a.m. delivery that morning. What a nice gas station/convenience store! There are lots of gas pumps, low cost gas and the huge convenience store seems to have a bit of everything. Everything is very nice and clean. The biggest reason for my 5 star review? The restrooms! WOW! So clean and spacious! I have never been to a gas station that has had such a nice, clean restroom. There were 4 stalls in the ladies room so no standing in line outside the bathroom door either. Both the men's and the women's restrooms have changing tables also, which is a big bonus when traveling with a little one. Besides all of the good things included in the convenience store side if this building, there is also a Carl's Jr. here so you can fill up on fast food if minit mart food doesn't appeal to you.
