Most people had trouble using self checkout and they still didn't want to Help and ignored everyone... this was today on top of multiple days. I love Love's! They have a large selection of snacks, grab-n-go hot foods, good coffee, clean restrooms and a fast food restaurant. There are two sides with usually each one having a cashier. One door is on the truck fueling side while the other door goes out to regular pumps. It can get hectic at times, but they usually get you in and out pretty quick. To make it even better, they offer a rewards card. Points can add up fast and be used for in store purchases. For truckers, it can have enough points for free showers and unlimited drink refills. I wish there were more locations. We usually will plan it so we stop at Love's even if we have to drive a little farther. read more

Notmally Love's have nice clean restrooms. The restrooms here were not as nice. Several of the doors locking mechanisms were messed up and the stalls werent in great shape. Next time i am driving through the area i will skip this station. read more

Recently stopped here on a 18hr trip from Florida to home and needless to say, I basically stopped any chance I could for coffee, energy shots, and meals. This is your standard truck stop that caters to all motorists whether on two wheels, four wheels, or 18 wheels. There were plenty of well-stocked shelves including various foodstuffs, fresh food with hot dogs and taqueria, as well as a variety of made to order coffee dispensers and pre-packaged food. Overall- the place was well-maintained. The floors were cleaned, bathrooms were very clean and maintained. Customer-service was incredible. The staff was very friendly and was attentive to everyone who came in. Overall it was very well-done in terms of roadside aid for motorists I would highly recommend this as a place to stop! read more

Haven't eaten all day so I decided to stop by to have some lunch after a rough day but turns out I just wasted my time with this place because they didn't have anything. At minimum you'd expect them to at least have hotdogs like literally every other truck stop has but nope, they didn't bother to restock. The only food they had was a Subway in the store but subway is the one fast food place I don't eat at because of their horrible customer service. This truck stop is the worst ever if you're fueling for diesel in big rig!!!!! It's a smaller one that has six bays. You pull in and loop back around into the fuel bay. You cannot really see how backed up it is until it's too late. The associates want to come out and tell you if you go thru first bay you have to do "tire pass". Hello LOVES!!!!! You have a bay closed during rush hour service, all lanes are double (some triple)backed up and your gonna send an associate out to tell us we can't fuel unless we're doing a "tire pass"?!!!!?????? You need to do away with tire pass OR have no fuel in its lane! Bottom line! You give out all these discounts and incentives for trucking companies to use your stores but most cannot handle the business. This particular location is too small for the truck traffic. Jam after jam after jam just in the 40 minutes it took to get in and out! Do us all a favor and save us the stress, time and aggravation...SHUT THIS ONE DOWN! read more

The people making the food looked dazed and lost the whole time not saying a single word to us. The chicken from the side was atleast 8 hours old. Felt like a slimy piece of rubber. I usually pass the competition to get to a Loves but this one might have ruined it for me for good. A prime example of bait and switch. The great sign that called me off of the interstate advertised a price ten cents lower per gallon than what the pump showed when I pulled up. I thought that maybe the price spiked ten cents in that short time it took me to get off of the interstate so I checked again when I got back on the interstate. Nope-still showning the price of ten cents lower. Pump wouldn't print me a receipt-I had to go back inside and stand in line again to get one. Forget them! read more

I stopped for lunch at Chester's Chicken. The chicken tasted good. The sides were limited as they had run out of half of the choices by 12 noon. The potato wedges and okra tasted good. The presentation or delivery of this meal was awful. A ll the food, including a biscuit, is crammed into a small box, everything squished. It was difficult to get at the sides until the chicken was finished. The serving staff was not helpful and in a hurry to get me out of the way. read more

We were in a group of 25 all trying to cash out in a line... Overall a good experience here. Right off the highway and with a Chesters inside which would be great for a quick hot meal. It was just a quick pit stop for the restroom and snacks. Convenient place to stop. read more

As expected for a gas station right off the highway, it was very large including a wash area, ruck pumps, car pumps and a convenience store. Sometimes larger isn't better. To enter the car area and truck area were two different entrance points and a bit difficult to see as you drive up to the entrance. There was ample space, but limited additional parking. I stopped in here to get a bite to eat at the subway that is attached to the gas station. It was probably the worst Subway I have ever been to. The staff was not very friendly at all and the ingredients seemed old. My cucumbers had a sours taste to them and the ranch did not taste right either. In the future I will be passing this location up and going to another place where I know the food quality and area is better. The gas station side was not as bad but the bathroom was pretty dirty and had a pretty strong urine smell. If you have to stop in here for just gas then you would be fine. It was the cheapest that I had seen in a while. But, if you are going to try and eat the food from Subway or the chicken place good luck. This is your warning. read more

My experience at the Chester fried chicken spot was annoying. The guy working at the counter was rude and needs to find a job where he does not work with people. We asked for a 12 piece family meal and all he said was "we don't have it" and walked away. We were confused because why walk away? There was fried chicken and other sides in the buffet style warmer. Why not tell us what you didn't have? He comes back eventually to clarify that he didn't have sides, which made me upset because we didn't even say what sides we wanted and there was sides in the warmer. We finally told him we would wait the extra 15 mins for the dark meat fried chicken to come out. While waiting he proceeded to talk about my sister and I to the customer behind us. I surly cursed him out when I walked out then. He had an attitude problem then disrespected us soon after. I see plenty of bad reviews of this place. I brought my truck in this place to have it serviced on 11/17/19(oil change) 4 hours later and the only customer that was there it finally was done..LOL...they never torqued the oil pan plugs or any other plugs because they never checked any. I was charged for grease which was included in the price they put on the bill that they did a Nitrate check...NOT.. I would NOT recommend this facility to any one that needs work done read more

This place is okay it is off of exit 159A on I 26 in South Carolina, The gas is not the cheapest on this part of the interstate but it's not outrageous either and they do have a decent bathroom and a decent Subway in here as well as the convenient store being pretty good but there is cheaper gas just right up the road at exit 159 read more

We stopped here for gas, potty break and food. The store was very clean and all of the employees were friendly and polite. Every employee once they noticed you welcomed you to the store. We had a couple sandwiches from Subway and they were very good. I was impressed for such a busy service station. read more
