This is a clean truck stop it was vary busy. They have a good selection of a variety of products. A better stop than most I have seen on I95. Good stop even if you are just looking for clean restrooms. read more

We needed a rest stop. Pilot was at the next exit, and we were thrilled to get gas for $2.99 a gallon. The restrooms were clean, classy, and I liked the soft rock playing throughout the store. This is a well lit, clean store with lots to choose from: snacks, drinks, fruits, souvenirs, clothes, books and more. A Wendy's and Dunkin are next door if you want burgers or special coffee. I was impressed with the cashier who was mopping the floor or cleaning, when he wasn't assisting customers. read more

I think this is the one I stopped at. I hit a big bird on the way from Edisto Beach and it knocked the rim loose on my drivers side. I stopped at Pilot and a very young nice young man working there sold me masking tape and. Actually went and taped the rim back down I could get home to Florence SC. I offered him money but he would not accept. I would like for Pilot Travel to recognize this young man. I did not get his name. He was so helpful and nice. read more

This Pilot shares the building with a Wendy's and you can cross over from one to the other easily. The parking lot and pump area is easily accessible with wide turning lanes and it is well lit. After picking up my burger, I came over here for a quick visit to the restrooms which were okay and then a bottle of water to go. The young lady working the register was polite and rang up my order quickly. They had no issue with my RV parked in the lot for over an hour while I ate dinner and then took a quick nap. Very easy location to get to on and off the interstate. The gas prices here were good also. There was plenty of parking and plenty of room around the pumps. The outside was well kept and a clean parking lot that was well lit. The inside was clean and well maintained. Very well stocked and clean bathrooms. The employees were friendly and actually asked if I needed anything. You don't get that from most gas stations anymore. read more

Absolute $hithole. Half the pumps don't work. Credit card machines broken. Ridiculous.

All these travel centers continue to decline.....I've stopped hundreds of times over the years as a professional....this one never has paper at the pumps for receipts....just what I want to do when in a hurry...walk inside and stand in line while everyone buys lotto tickets and food for my receipt...just freaking put paper in the pump, how hard can it be!!!! The restrooms are always filthy and never clean ....partial the publics fault for never learning how to go to the bathroom. Rude cashiers most of the time....unfortunately not much else available when traveling....sad state of the post Covid decline. read more

The dirtiest station I've ever been to. It is also a truck stop and it's a shame it is so disgusting for these hard working people. When we walked in a trucker had just started fresh pot of DD original coffee because it was empty. Only one of 6 icee machines was working. The Irish cream flavoring was horrible, requiring us to dispose of it and start over! The floor inside was littered and sticky and the outside of the building and pavement needed a thorough pressure washing!! The doors and handles needed a good cleaning, as well. Again, no other word but "disgusting " describes it adequately. The attendants were nice enough but more needs to be done around there. I recommend that you keep going and not stop here. I won't, ever again, unless they clean it up. I thought I was in a third world country. Come on folks, take some pride, this is America! read more

This is a decent stop for restroom/gas/buying snacks and drinks. The restrooms were clean, and the employees were friendly. There is nothing spectacular about the place, but it'a just off the highway and a great place to stop for basic needs. read more

I stopped here because I trust Hess for diesel fuel, but they also had Dairy Queen, and more. I was kind of put off because I thought without a review or a photo, there was something wrong with the place. I don't have much luck with South Carolina or Georgia. The whole place seemed clean and well-run. Thankfully, there was nothing terrible. They had a couple of diesel-only pumps, thankfully, so that the sleepwalking gasoline users couldn't occupy them. Everything worked as designed. The people at Dairy Queen weren't unfriendly but they didn't seem friendly either. They did the job though. read more

It's under remodeling right now but it's not that bad.this one has a couple other food stores in it like Wendy's, Diary Queen and Dunkin Donuts but they still have there all beef hot dogs that I like. Also there gas is usually the lowest around and it's busy so the gas never sits. read more

This pilot has chocolate Dunkin' Donuts, clean ladies room and a nice variety of cold drinks, including fountain. There is a clean baby changing station in the ladies room and also soap and hot water. The one thing I didn't like was the strong pee smell in the ladies room. Yuck. read more

Employees were great. But the manager on duty was beyond rude. He tried to kick us out because of my service dog whom has her vest on. Not sure if it was over the dog or because we are covered in tattoos. We were in the store for moments. read more

On my way on a vacation and I saw a Dunkin and thought it would be a great time to get some coffee, but NO. It's a Dunkin express so you make the drinks yourself. I got there and couldn't find any caramel swirl because they had none. Had to get iced coffee but they had none brewed. And they don't even have cubed ice just crushed. And on top of all the other issues the coffee tasted like shit. So watered down because the gas station employees don't know what they're doing. Maybe get somebody that is a Dunkin employee that knows how to do their job correctly. Definitely no stirred coffee as it wasn't stirred as brewed right in front of me. I can't believe how inexperienced someone can be. read more

This is the best Pilot I've Ever Been To. It had a Wendy's Dunkin Dounts and a Dairy Queen. I went inside the restroom and it was the cleanest I've ever seen in my entire life!!!! Floor was so shiny that it felt like it must have been cleaned. I also heard on the intercom Attention Professional Drivers, your shower is now ready. This place has the ABSOLUTE filthiest restrooms on all of I-95. I come through SC on I-95 twice a week. Without fail I end up having to stop here. Broken toilet seats. Refuse from meals on floor. Definitely one of the better rest stops I've gone too! Bathrooms were extremely clean, great options for food, up to date gas pumps, and an extremely friendly staff. It's right off the highway making it an easy on the go stop. Only thing I didn't love was that it was very busy but that's only because of its location. Definitely making this stop again! read more
