Easily accessible off the freeway, with spacious maneuvering area to get to and from the gas pumps, air and water station, the Extra Mile convenience store, and a drive-thru car wash. Gas prices were actually competitive and not jacked up due their vicinity near the freeway which some gas stations take advantage of. We are not from this area, but had to stop for gas after a long drive. I found this station to be clean, efficient and convenient. Everything a traveler would need to continue one's journey in a smooth and reliable fashion without having to give it a second thought....

It is huge with shelves of food , drinks , snacks , products. Anything you can think of and is big like Costco . The gas price is always the best in town and is 50 cents per gallon cheaper than Costco . You can request for bathroom/ shower service and the microphone would announce that your shower stall is ready when you are pumping gas . If you want freshly made burgers and snacks , there is a Wendy next to it and a Popeye chicken and Arby's near by . Everything is clean and organize. Pumping stations for gas has many lanes so you hardly need to wait in line . Great customer service .

By far the worst experience I've ever experienced from any convenience store so far. The so-called…read morevery untrained manager did not know how to process a transaction using a relay app that us drivers use and he was unwilling to get on the phone with their own pilot help desk get the necessary instructions and have the transaction process. After a few hours I figured his shift was over and maybe I can speak with a different manager on duty which there was a lady named Heather who claimed to be the manager and her herself actually did call the help desk but because the help desk said that the weight would be longer than usual due to high call volumes she said she could not wait around for them to pick up so then I asked if it did not matter to her that I was a customer and needed his transaction to be completed she pretty much told me there was nothing she could do because she was not going to wait around that she had a whole store that she had to manage so I told her okay I guess I have no other option then to call corporate her reply was do you have their number because I don't and I responded with I'm pretty sure it won't take me too long to find it online and she said okay do what you have to do in the meantime I stepped outside and went about to make that phone call while she was inside she spent the whole time on the phone looking out the window as to what I was doing probably calling Ruben to inform him that I again had returned to ask her to help me out and probably that I threatened to call corporate the time that she spent looking at what I was doing she could have really been on hold with the pilot help desk to make the transaction go through but she was more worried about taking care of her store which she did not leave the desk after I left the desk to do what she said she had to do ultimately corporate told me they cannot force them to do anything but they were just put it down in the books and make sure that they received proper training for those transactions in the future. I believe they need more training in overall customer service and learning how to keep learning and not believe that they already know everything and there is nothing a customer can show them that they don't already know very disappointed in both managers because they are just passing that on to their employees who will probably follow their procedures on handling situations like this. Gas price is inexpensive, but I am going to say there is water or impurities in the regular fuel…read more I still had a few gallons in my truck, but decided to fill up as I never run it to vapors. After pumping, I pulled up to the front of the store to walk in and get some water and a coffee, but my truck stalled. Never had this happen before. I started the engine and it rumbled weird, ran it for a minute and revved to 3500rpms, and then it seemed OK. After leaving and going down the road a bit, my CEL went on and I could feel the truck's ECU adjusting. Got off the freeway at the next Pilot I saw, checked oil, water, hoses, everything. Added some fuel treatment, just in case I had a clogged injector or something in the fuel line. CEL stayed on until I pumped a full fresh tank back in LA. 5 minutes later, the CEL turned off. Nothing on the OBDII scanner. Truck is only 4 years old. Caveat emptor!

It is, by far (and by experience) the cheapest gas within a 10mile radius... ... until I discovered this on my last run 3 months ago. So I vowed I would make a stop here at first opp. And what "good" memory I have: I forgot about it on my way up! I wanted to kick myself! But I made sure it's the fuel stop to make on the way back! $4.17/gal. It really is far cheaper than any of the gas stations I've seen and driven through recently. Even the gas stations nearby couldn't come close (regular unleaded at Chevron was $4.69/gal and $4.49/gal at Valero.) And unlike most Arco's or gas stations who charge $0.10 more per gallon if paying with debit or credit card, here they only charge $0.06 more per gallon. It's also next door to an Indian-American eatery. (I would have loved to have tried it, but I had the pup with me and there didn't seem to be outdoor seating.) Staff seemed a little bit wet behind the ears still, but friendly. I expect they'll get it down in time. Sorry, Arco of Santa Nella, but I now how a new favorite gas station go-to for my future SoCal-NorCal-SoCal treks...
