Many fuel pumps mean you really don't need to wait to fill up. Decent amount of parking spaces if you want to relax in your car for awhile. Seems to be really popular with the trucker community, since there always seems to be a fleet of trucks parked in the back. CONS: Although the actual location is great, getting back onto the highway, (headed either North or South) can be a little bit tricky if you don't know what you're doing. So make sure turn on your GPS before you leave.

By far the worst experience I've ever experienced from any convenience store so far. The so-called…read morevery untrained manager did not know how to process a transaction using a relay app that us drivers use and he was unwilling to get on the phone with their own pilot help desk get the necessary instructions and have the transaction process. After a few hours I figured his shift was over and maybe I can speak with a different manager on duty which there was a lady named Heather who claimed to be the manager and her herself actually did call the help desk but because the help desk said that the weight would be longer than usual due to high call volumes she said she could not wait around for them to pick up so then I asked if it did not matter to her that I was a customer and needed his transaction to be completed she pretty much told me there was nothing she could do because she was not going to wait around that she had a whole store that she had to manage so I told her okay I guess I have no other option then to call corporate her reply was do you have their number because I don't and I responded with I'm pretty sure it won't take me too long to find it online and she said okay do what you have to do in the meantime I stepped outside and went about to make that phone call while she was inside she spent the whole time on the phone looking out the window as to what I was doing probably calling Ruben to inform him that I again had returned to ask her to help me out and probably that I threatened to call corporate the time that she spent looking at what I was doing she could have really been on hold with the pilot help desk to make the transaction go through but she was more worried about taking care of her store which she did not leave the desk after I left the desk to do what she said she had to do ultimately corporate told me they cannot force them to do anything but they were just put it down in the books and make sure that they received proper training for those transactions in the future. I believe they need more training in overall customer service and learning how to keep learning and not believe that they already know everything and there is nothing a customer can show them that they don't already know very disappointed in both managers because they are just passing that on to their employees who will probably follow their procedures on handling situations like this. After pumping, I pulled up to the front of the store to walk in and get some water and a coffee, but my truck stalled. Never had this happen before. I started the engine and it rumbled weird, ran it for a minute and revved to 3500rpms, and then it seemed OK. After leaving and going down the road a bit, my CEL went on and I could feel the truck's ECU adjusting. Got off the freeway at the next Pilot I saw, checked oil, water, hoses, everything. Added some fuel treatment, just in case I had a clogged injector or something in the fuel line. CEL stayed on until I pumped a full fresh tank back in LA. 5 minutes later, the CEL turned off. Nothing on the OBDII scanner. Truck is only 4 years old. Caveat emptor!

It is, by far (and by experience) the cheapest gas within a 10mile radius... ... until I discovered this on my last run 3 months ago. So I vowed I would make a stop here at first opp. And what "good" memory I have: I forgot about it on my way up! I wanted to kick myself! But I made sure it's the fuel stop to make on the way back! $4.17/gal. It really is far cheaper than any of the gas stations I've seen and driven through recently. Even the gas stations nearby couldn't come close (regular unleaded at Chevron was $4.69/gal and $4.49/gal at Valero.) And unlike most Arco's or gas stations who charge $0.10 more per gallon if paying with debit or credit card, here they only charge $0.06 more per gallon. It's also next door to an Indian-American eatery. (I would have loved to have tried it, but I had the pup with me and there didn't seem to be outdoor seating.) Staff seemed a little bit wet behind the ears still, but friendly. I expect they'll get it down in time. Sorry, Arco of Santa Nella, but I now how a new favorite gas station go-to for my future SoCal-NorCal-SoCal treks...

The only thing I can recommend is to have pumps checked and repaired. Card reader had some trouble with my new card and faded screen was hard to read but works. Thanks to staff for making it pleasant when I go there.
