Stopped here on a long drive through eastern Washington and it turned out to be one of the better Love's I've been to. As soon as you walk inside stuff welcomes you with "hello welcome to loves". The place is easy to get in and out of right off I-90, which makes it convenient if you're just looking for a quick stop. The bathrooms were surprisingly clean. The store itself was stocked with the usual road-trip snacks, drinks, and travel gear. They've also got showers and a dog park, which is a nice touch if you're on the road with pets. There's a Carl's Jr. inside for when you want something more filling than gas-station food. Service was decent a couple staff were really friendly, others just kind of going through the motions, but nothing bad. I noticed was the wait times over at the truck care center. As usually, not truckstop fault that people want to take their breaks at the pump If you're rolling in with a rig and need repairs, you might be sitting for a while. For regular travelers though, fuel and quick food are smooth and easy. Overall, solid stop clean, convenient, and plenty of parking. Not perfect, but I'd definitely pull in here again when passing through Ritzville. read more

Quick service. Food is good. they give free cup of water. ( unlike the McDonald's in Weed Ca). Place is clean. They just don't use the Carl's Jr app, so you can't earn "Stars". Overall, it's good. read more

Coffee at 4:30 am is a good thing. I was able to stop in this morning and get a large coffee without a problem. This Love's is right off the interstate and because they also support trucks, the entrance is easy to access with wide, sweeping turns and lots of room to navigate for cars and RVs. The fuel area was tidy and clean with no trash. Inside, clean restrooms. Lots of options for coffee with fixings accessible and stocked. Paying for it was easy and I was back on the road. Easy, clean, and resourceful gas station right off the interstate. Great selection of snacks, food, coffee. Attached to Carl Jrs fast food. Gas station with a GATED DOG PARK for our furry road trip friends. Dog park is a decent size with a picnic table inside and right outside. Poop bags are available. Great stop in the middle of nowhere. Exhaustive selection of drinks and snacks, and there's a Carl's Jr. fast food restaurant inside. This place sells all sorts of useful things too, even sweatshirts if you forgot to pack your own. Bathrooms were clean enough, and they have showers and full facilities for truck drivers. Great little stop. Clean Bathrooms, food, and it even has a Carl's Jr hooked on the store. Everybody on I-90 was here today because of the fire/wind/dust/smoke gusts on the hi-way. People parked on the side of the road like the fair had come into town and this little place kept customers from standing in line too long with just 2 checkout folks. Keep up the great work! Loves is always my preferred gas station stop. Clean bathrooms is the main reason. And the bathrooms generally have nicely separated private stalls too. Also they have a place for dogs to excercise and go potty. I like that they sell really interesting things like viking helmets, figurines and other bizarre items that you wouldn't think you would need on your travels. LOL. Stopped here for gas, and the pump didn't work, so tried a second pump. It also didn't work, so we left and went to a different (working) gas station. Two days later we had $300 in charges in our bank (two separate charges of $150 each) for gas at this Loves that we did not (could not, pumps were broken!) purchase! Bank helped us handle it but do not recommend this Loves at all. read more

Always a good experience. Super busy location but the wait times are seldom excessive. They ALWAYS greet you on entry which is super cool. Fresh coffee and clean restrooms is a huge plus. Men seldom have a wait for the restroom but women could be a couple of minutes which can happen anywhere. Best part is the checkout. If there's more than just a couple people in line they always bring on another person. This is what it means to respect your customers time as well as their wallets. read more

It's just what you need while being on a road trip. There's ample bathrooms, a well-stocked convenience store, a fastfood restaurant, and plenty of pumps for refueling. The staff is super friendly, personally greeting all that enter and ready to help anyone. It is well-staffed, too. Hats OFF & HAIL TO the Love's Truck Stop manager Trevor Smith !!! While traveling alone in October 2020 from Idaho to Bend,Oregon I had experienced a relatively small yet very detrimental problem with my car. Yes car, not semi or commercial vehicle, my car. With nowhere else to turn I pulled up to the truck garage and asked for help. Yes they were very busy & yet this good man stilled cared about my problem ! I witnessed him handle several issues with his staff with grace & professionalism, all the while expediting my problem. Which turned out to be a quick fix but none the less extremely important !! Trevor Smith is not only a spectacular human being for caring about something he could easily of written off as "not my job" but I witnessed him execute his role of a manager with what appeared to be a very new & inexperienced staff, by the questions they asked & the instructions he gave; but he assisted me with a fabulous attitude & with kindness ! I tried to pay for the screw,washer &his time but he refused & requested I "pay it forward". I have shared this story with many people & will continue to do so . Sometimes a star rating is based on the category of business. For a truck stop/convenience store this establishment gets a full five stars. Bathrooms so clean! Staff so friendly! When I walked into the stop, not one, but two people shouted "Hello!" to me. I felt seen. They had a really nice baby changing station in the ladies restroom (complete with two hooks to hang your diaper bag and purse on!) I am a huge fan of hooks in restrooms and the thoughtfulness required to put one next to the changing table blew me away! They also had some cool merch here (like blankets and sunglasses for sale). I don't normally find myself lusting after products at truck stops. This will be my future go-to stop in Ritzville. read more

Traveling home from Spokane to Bremerton area- Car wouldn't start after filling up with gas. Staff called the tire shop and they came out to see if it was battery- It wasn't-- - Me, my honey and our 3 kids- Military family- Guess we are staying in Ritzville- Staff were very helpful- Stating that if we needed help getting to the hotel, etc they would help us out.
