Bathroom break, and may as well get some gas while we're here. Greeted warmly when we entered. Tons of souvenirs and junk, plus snacks, but we were on a mission to get to South of the Border and all the junk there. There were several women in the bathroom, but they were incredibly sweet about me having brought a male careperson in. No one objected and you can't imagine what a relief that is to me every time that happens. The accessible stall was a tight squeeze but I was able to fit my entire wheelchair inside and shut the door. Love's is a truckstop and I was fascinated when they paged people to let them know that their showers were ready. Intrigued, I looked it up and it seems that the showers ARE accessible. Now I really want to see one. I have been on roadtrips before where I couldn't access a shower. That really put a damper on my mental health after a couple days. It's nice to know that I don't have to suffer, if there's a Love's around. read more

The employees are nice and very helpful, this loves has a Dairy Queen and Subway inside, the showers are always clean as well as the restrooms, never had no problems as i usually come to this location to get fuel. read more

The shower was filthy. Mold and hair on the shower walls, no soap in the dispensers, poop residue in the toilet bowl and on the seat, hair and yellow stains on the outside of the toilet, floor looks like it hadn't been swept and mopped for days. Literally the only thing clean were the towels and I'm really hoping that was the case. Full day of driving a semi truck and the one thing we look forward to is a nice shower and a meal. After the shower that I rushed through, I wanted nothing else from this truck stop. Needs better management. read more

Standard and adequate truck and car stop for travelers. Well-stocked. Prices are a bit hefty but not atypical for a travel center. Bathroom was barely accessible - hard to fit a wheelchair in the accessible stall and the soap dispensers are way high and out of reach completely. Staff was friendly. read more

I stopped in here for some snacks and a drink on 6-19-2022. Quick and convenient. Decent prices considering the location. Pringles and Fanta Orange hit the spot! Another convenience stop. I actually used cash!! No gas at this stop. I did notice that the parking lot was clean. That's important to me as I don't like walking on or through the trash. :) read more

The Arby's that is attached is equally good and has a drive thru as well which makes your quick stop even easier. 3. Love's is my go-to when I'm out of the road and in need of fuel. As a truck stop, of course, they have diesel fuel, even for cars like mine. I left the motel, heading for Florida, and forgot to fill the tank, probably because there was no station on the way. The pump worked well, and I was back on the road quickly. read more

Pretty darn clean as far as truck stop bathrooms go! Really friendly workers. Overall very happy with this stop! It's connected to a McDonalds, and they have hot dogs and a few hot items. They have both fountain coke and Pepsi products, hooray! A good assortment of items at petty typical gas station prices. They have a lot of extra things (maybe because it's a truck stop?) like computer monitors, crystal figurines, suit of armor helmets (seriously lol) kids toys, lots of sun glasses, car accessories, etc. read more

With a name like Love's, how could you not??? Filled up our diesel tank and went inside to check it out. They had something I never saw before. The quarter rake game (See Picture) but for real money and prizes!!! The only catch is that they have a gutter that eats up overflow that equates to the House profit or House Cut. They had a pinball machine that ate my quarters because it was broken. Outside of the entertainment, the store had a lot of snacks, souvenir type stuff, and auto supplies for a roadtrip. Extremely friendly staff here! Stopped through here heading to and from vacation destination. Both times I was greeted with a warm hello, even at the early morning hours. They do a pretty good job in keeping the place clean, too. This will always be our ret stop heading to South Carolina shores! read more

I stopped in to get gas and snacks on my way back from the beach. The guy behind the counter was very friendly. This station does not offer food items or anything if you want a meal, but it serves its purpose. The restrooms are located outside, but are kept very clean. I've been to a lot of Loves truck stops and they typically have clean bathrooms. The bathroom at this location was gross. No soap, one sink out of three working and dirty. My husband said the mens room was bad too. The only good thing was the employees were friendly. read more

McDonald's restaurants are what they are. Some great, some just disastrous. This one at the Loves gas station was one terrible place when it came to the attitude of the employees. I was just another pain in the neck to them while they were fairly busy. Cooks did okay with the meal but they were pulling hash browns before they were done so I got a greasy one. And if the servers dared crack a smile I think their face would implode. They looked at us with such disdain it was almost scary. And of course they forgot my hash brown which is why I ALWAYS check my order before leaving because of these non caring employees. Just one more to avoid in the future traveling the 95 corridor. read more

All the guys in the tire shop have attitudes except the manager. He should look at how his customers are being treated..Joseph McAllister especially had a attitude. If he doesn't want to work there maybe he should seek other employment. I will not give them anymore of my business. read more
