DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! You have been warned. T r a s h customers block the pumps (27 minutes for the t r a s h in front of us) using the toilet and eating lunch inside... whilst attendant looks on and shrugs. We couldn't move once we were behind the t r a s h, because the entire station is in total gridlock. We begged the attendant to make the t r a s h in front of us move his beater truck, asthere were now 2 additional vehicles behind us, and the attendant instead started cracking jokes over the loudspeaker about LSU fans and dogs. All whilst simultaneously allowing bikers to park and chat at a perfectly usable pump 2 lanes over. With 2 cars behind them waiting as well. Two pumps were bagged and useless and we were all trapped whilst Loves employees laughed. Not to mention it's just filthy. You must have a good constitution to stomach that garbage. read more

This particular Love's Travel Plaza is just off on Interstate 20. The gas is competitively priced and the inside has the usual convenience store items associated with a Love's Travel Plaza. It also has an Arby's attached to it. It is smaller than other Love's Travel Plazas that I have been to, but not a big deal. All in all, this was a good stop for gas. read more

Me and my family was traveling back to New Jersey coming from Texas . We got caught in a tornado we he had a blow out trying to avoid hitting something in the road. We reached out to a provider in get the tire replaced we got it replaced but as we started driving we was still leaking air.. We seen it was a loves we used their rest stop until morning cause we was traveling in the middle of the night. They don't fix cars the only work on pick up truck when I'm telling you every worker in that building help us to get back on the road.. It was like heaven placed them there to help us out.. But when I mean the best customer service ever they refused the tips and anything great southern hospitality at its finest!!!! read more

This Love's was smaller than others we've stopped at. It felt crowded at the gas pumps. If you are heading into Alabama, get your snack now cause it's about 11 miles to the state line and another 17 for another truck stop/Food exit. read more

When traveling, Loves is our go to place! Alway busy, always open, with lots of food choices and very clean restrooms. A clean and safe place to stop and refill you and your car! Love the coffee bar for late night stops! The staff are always friendly! read more

It's very dirty. As soon as we pulled up, the outside trash cans were overflowed with trash and there was trash scattered across the pumps/parking lot. If I had to give a positive, it's about 1.5 miles away from KOA. read more

Quiet possibly one of the worst Loves truck stops. It's too small , and combined with the lazy steering wheel holders that won't pull forward after fueling. They need a drill sergeant running the fuel pumps ! If your pressed for time avoid this one at all cost. 2-24-2016 update . It's official, this is the worst love's ! I e never been in one where every coffee pot was empty. UPDATE 6/26/2019 Brand new buildings , from the ground up. More fuel pumps and better parking , all old issues fixed. read more

I've stopped here at least four times when driving from Alabama to Texas, and this place gets better on each stop. I usually find the place stocked with hot dogs and other hot items, along with clean bathrooms and good attitudes from the staff. Its quite a refreshing scene when you have been traveling a bit. And yes, the gas prices are quite reasonable, especially for 93 octane and diesel. Gotta go to Arby's next door. Food is very fresh and the staff is hilarious, especially in the morning! Just be mindful of the drivethru window traffic if you are exiting Arby's from the left side because some drivers just aren't looking for pedestrians. read more

A very disappointing Love's. Love's is where we stop, when traveling, because they seem to have a higher standard of service and cleanliness. This was not better than an old service station, unfortunately. One of the toilets, in the women's restroom had the top off the tank and the bathroom was not clean. This Loves is in need of some renovation or maybe some deep cleaning. Stopped in for some gas and Arby's. The store severely needs cleaning especially the restrooms. Today The Rolling Romantics stopped at LoVe's 113 Will Garrett Rd in Toomsuba, MS where they had 3 out of the six diesel pumps working. So while we spent 15 minutes of our drive time waiting to fill up I jumped out to go inside to Arby's. Before I went to Arby's I stopped at the women's room and found that needing to be serviced. Once I made it to Arby's I noticed I was passing management in a light baby blue shirt but I wasn't acknowledged by him because he was answering one of the employees in Arby's about if they would be working with him tonight. So once I approached the counter a employee Shantee said may I help U Sir. My response was what did U say to me, did U call me a Sir. Her response was to another employee girl I am really sick I just don't feel good. No apology... I then left went back to the front and was telling the front end employee that I don't take well to disrespect and also told David the Management what the young lady said. I feel that everyone should be treated with a form of respect when U are working in the public you have to treat people good so that they are returning consumers. Because of this situation THE ROLLING ROMANTICS, will not be returning to this location. We have a list of places we don't frequent. Why spend your money to Be mistreated. I don't like to give bad reviews but after 2 days of thinking of this I can't let it go. On 05/10/2017 at 8:30 pm the attendant at the front register was very condescending, rude and more than anything else seemed racist in my opinion. She wanted to know in a direct way, what I was looking at! I guess she thought I was looking at her but this was not the case. I was looking at my co-driver. My company has an account and relationship with Loves. We spend alone on fuel in that Loves alone upwards of $150,000 a year. I will not be going back to that Loves. The store is in dire repair and in dire need of respectfulness & politeness. read more

I agree with the previous reviews--dirty and in dire need of a good cleanup & repair! Gas pumps don't all work. Went primarily for the Arby's, but I would definitely recommend driving on to another stopping place. read more
