I can always trust Pilot Centers to be mostly clean and to have friendly workers. They are a mainstay for road trips!

The middle age black woman working at the subway on 6pm, 7/2/26, gave me the absolute worst experience. Kept giving smart remarks regarding my sandwich. Calling it "nasty" under her breath and kept complaining when I was asking to put toppings on my sandwich. Seems like she hates her job. Keep that negativity away your customers. Im a big fan of subway and I order my sandwich the same way every single time and this was the 1st time someone ever gave me a hard time. what a terrible experience. read more

They have a bank of tanks for the semis and another for us regular car and vehicle folks. $2.84 here in Mississippi, so cheap compared to home. Decent sized store or convenience store on site. Bathrooms need some TLC. TP rolls are empty and just a big roll on top of the dispensers. Hotdogs are rolling, Subway, Cinnabon and pizza are available to go. read more

No problems here. I was able to fuel up and get some food in under 10 minutes. Staff was friendly and the place clean in area I was in. The outside had descent lighting but definitely could be better. The fuel prices were definitely the cheapest in the area this time. read more

Convenient place to stop for gas. Reasonable selection of snacks and drinks. The restrooms could have benefited from a good cleaning.

Meridian is always a tricky place to stop, but this Pilot is located a little further out, so you don't have to worry about the weird merge lanes on I-20. But I think everyone else has figured out this secret, because there is always a wait for the gas pumps! read more

gonna up it to three and a half stars but give the benefit of the doubt for now. the old Pilot Travel Center Meridian the good and the bad flip flops around a lot still. however I was quite surprised I got a remodeling here it got a lot nicer was very clean when I walked in surprised the heck out of me had to do a quick facts then decided to check out the joint again..this is not one of my favorite pilots it never really has been the subways always been there. right now they got the cinnabon soon as you walk in the door little aromatherapy drives you over there it's not staffed all the time but if you want something they will heat you up a cinnamon roll.. the bathrooms well they were trying to clean but then again for some reason that's always been an area that sometimes you got to get on them when it's a real pig sty I don't know why. since the last time I actually came in and check the place out he should I just come in either get a scale ticket and leave but along with the cinnabon they got the PJ fresh full grill. consists of the full dinners meatloaf pot roast they don't have is the baked chicken. they got the mashed potatoes in the the butter no gravy. macaroni and cheese chicken tenders and chicken wings hot and mild. served everyday till about 9/10 as crow flies. if it's not real busy those start busted it all down and putting it away same with the pizza till I usually got four pizzas go under standard meet your pepperoni and the supreme in addition to the special of the month this month when I came in was to delicious chicken cordon bleu fantastic was looking forward to seeing that make an appearance again and it did. I have two for the meatloaf I got hungry and looks really good and the mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese..they don't have any bread biscuits or rolls but you're welcome to have a hot dog but if you really want some bread. the store part was very clean they got the new coolers to with the pre-made sandwiches and salads and perishables that some of the pilots are now getting more and more in the larger ones.. they have the bean-to-cup coffee nice little sitting area..the cleanliness fell really surprised me of the store the coffee was very nicely taken care of where the hot dogs and the roller grill was was very presentable all the stuff was nicely stacked away really surprised me they got a little bit better management I'm sure at night time it's a different story cuz we all know how it is but during the day time it was quite impressive.. hopefully they keep up the good work and keep on the right track. read more

NOT RV friendly. Very cramp pumps for a Pilot Travel Center. We have a small trailer and it was busy and hard to maneuver.

The usual truck stop. Clean and the clerks were nice. Stayed parked for a few hours, lots of truck parking.

Filthy! Women's restrooms had not been cleaned in a long time. Toilet tissue all over the floor in all stalls the floor itself was filthy. Garbage running over in all stalls. Had to go out of restroom to get napkin to dry my hands, stopped by coffee station and counter top was nasty. I would not eat or drink from this place. read more

App says it's RV friendly but it is not! Three RVs were stuck and blocking traffic. Only stop for fuel with an RV if you are diesel. The gas pumps are NOT rv friendly. Gas station is nice otherwise. read more

Some people call The Pilot Travel Center in Meridian my "Happy Place." I am happy when I am there with fresh coffee (with a huge variety of flavors and styles). I am happy when I am there and the staff greet me with genuine smiles on their faces. I am happy when I am there and see Manager Eric helping a vendor who had spilled a couple cases of drinks in the parking lot. These people work hard to make Pilot Travel Center friendly and clean with great service. I feel like I am on a mini vacation when I sit there and drink my hot pumpkin caramel coffee. I visited this Pilot a while back and totally forgot to rate my experience, I just was so stunned with the lady cashier, she seemed full of life and really loved her job, she had a positive energy that made my day great and it wasn't bad of a day already, I wish I caught her name to give her the credit for my experience, which I forgot what I even got there that day, 10 star for the cashier but I'm can only give 5 here. read more

They're working on the parking lot something they should have done or kept the maintenance up on the parking lot over the years they wait until the holes big enough for a truck to fall in before they decide to do something don't have 3 hours to buy some fuel don't stop here read more

I have never been to a gas station with such happy, friendly employees! Super clean, tons of food options, great gas prices.

Just stopped at the Pilot in MERIDIAN,Mississippi. Received a notification from my credit card company that we had $151 charge there. The actual charge was only $23 and change. We had to delay our trip, call our credit card company to be sure that there was no hold on my credit card and that this charge was not put through. First of all this is a credit card, not a debit card. It is not acceptable to take that kind of control over someone's credit. I gave a complaint to our credit card company about this. The cc rep said that is Pilot's policy to do this huge overcharge hold. Will try not to use Pilot again, until this issue is corrected. read more

Pros: Cheap gas and if you like them they have Cinnabon and Subway. Cons: The cheap gas draws people in by the droves so there are usually lines but not unbearable. The thing I hate is many of the employees are lazy and behave incompetent....for instance, today at least 2 of the bathroom stalls in the men's room were out of toilet paper but notifying 2 employed achieved nothing. Then I was buying hot dogs and the bun bin was empty so I checked out with my dogs and other stuff and told the guy checking out that I needed buns because the bin was out and he mumbled in his radio that they needed buns and it took 15 minutes to get buns brought out and by that time there was a small mob waiting on them. The guy came our once earlier with something else and was reminded of the buns he had forgotten but moved like a snail. The guy that had checked me out had been staring down at his phone and I finally got his attention asking if he was checking out and he looked up and started checking me out without answering. That was the only time he looked up at me. I had to place the money in his hand that he held out. The night shift seems to be the better shift and some of those people are quite nice. Asked in advanced if they had employee to clean showers. I was told yes. After 20 min the same 2 open showers were still waiting to be cleaned. It took 3 times going to the back of the line each time to get my shower credit back. Asked to see manager but never came out. Poorly ran facility. Filthy fuel islands.
