Rude employee was yelling at the other workers. Pay at pump didn't work, so had to go inside to pay for gas. Instead of just ringing up gas on my pump & letting me advance pay as requested, the clerk wanted to argue with me about the pump not working. Ended up just leaving without getting gas. Waste of time & so rude. read more

I routinely stop at this Love's location on my monthly trips between Louisville and Nashville. It's conveniently located RIGHT off if I-65, exit 108 in White House, TN. My routine is to have lunch at Taco John's and then browse a bit before getting back on the road. The store is packed with alllll kinds of stuff. They have a great grab-and-go snack bar, souvenirs, essential items, and truck/travel parts and accessories. It's always well-stocked and the staff is always pleasant and helpful. There are also showers for the truckers who spend countless hours on the road (and we thank you.) A recent modification removed Godfather's Pizza and Chester's Chicken with what's called Nef Nef. While I'm not familiar with it, the food looks great and I plan to try it the next time I'm there. There are a lot of gas pumps here. I mean A Lot. Both in front of and behind the building. Cars up front, huge-ass trucks in the rear! The place is usually VERY clean. On occasion the trash and floors in the restrooms could use some attention, but that's the nature of restrooms. One of the things I think the coolest is that they've added a dog park for walking/relieving your dog. It's a very thoughtful measure, installing something for the family pets who get stuck in a car for endless hours. read more

Standard travel stop that I've come to expect from Love's. Clean, well-stocked, friendly employees. Slightly more expensive gas than smaller stations, but worth the trade-off in my opinion for tidy bathrooms, lots of snacks, and nice employees. Also decent fast food options in/near this stop. Pumps weren't too crowded. A solid stop for a road trip. read more

Gas station me and my family stopped into on our way home from our family vacation to Destin from Lousiville. Located in a city called White House in Tennessee. Very large gas station that was absolutely slammed packed on a Saturday night. Waited for ever to get to a pump and was elbow to elbow inside at some points. People were driving and acting crazy in the parking lot. I thought maybe an apocalypse was coming to this small town. Overall we fueled up and used the restroom. We avoided snacking up as I didn't want to mess with the lines or the zombie hunters everywhere. So it met our needs. Bathrooms were clean but a bit stinky. Average trip I'd say. read more

Don't eat at the grill I went in to get a bowl of just plan yellow rice and steak came up to like 8 small pieces the whole bowl came to a low price of 17 dollars if I had known that it would have been that much I would have not even bothered getting it it upsets me to the core that these restaurants are charging so much money for a little bit of nothing so for that I will never eat anything else from here ever again I hope no one ever goes to that place anymore and they go out of business from lack of sales read more

Has a sleazy feel and look to the place. Pay Air pump for tires took my quarters and cashier yelled at me saying its not their machine and to call the number on the side. Well I still need air, going across the street for it. Avoid if you can. read more

This gas station is an easy off and on from I-65. You'll know you're in Tennessee because they overhead music is country. The gas station is typical; bright, easy to find and a constant influx of activity. I'd imagine I'd feel safe here any time of day. The bathrooms are gendered, but clean. The men's room has 4 urinals and 4 private stalls, with plenty of leg room and privacy. There are showers available for those in need. The gas was the same price as the Shell across the street. I usually like and trust Lowe gas stations when traveling and this one is no exception. I'd stop here again when road tripping between Louisville and Nashville. read more

Brought my truck in and paid $489 for a oil change and PM service! Noticed non of my grease fittings had be touched on my brakes and suspension components? I informed the tech that truck had not been greased during the service but he insisted that he did when obviously non of the fittings had been touched and we're still dirty! I'm a truck driver and I see a lot of truck stops and a lot of people. I always look for a Love's before any other truck stop if possible, and this particular truck stop is a perfect example of why. The coffee station is immaculate and well stocked, there's a substantial offering and choice of hot breakfast sandwiches, the bathrooms are spotless and the showers are cleaned properly, including the toilet! The Love's Travel Stop in Whitehouse, Tennessee is a large, convenient and well stocked convenience store and gas station. The Love's was clean and the workers friendly. I was a little amazed at the amount of hot food choices that were available. I suppose being trucker-centric the Love's Travel Stops have to carry almost anything you could need while traveling.
