He found a few things he wanted, so we will go back for those- or perhaps they will be gifts for birthday or Christmas. The employee was quiet, but sweet. Stayed behind the counter, almost didn't think anyone was there. A lot of great gifts & fun selection of linen sprays, home decor & seasonals, jewelry & clothing. They even have fresh flowers in a cooler- beautiful!!! I didn't see the costs, wasn't really looking. I would assume about the same as other stores. Located on Perry Street with a view of the historic Courthouse, Lovin is a great place to stop by for your floral and gift needs. They are also good for some every day shopping if you need to pick up some clothing or accessories. There is some parking on the street, but your best bet would be to park in the Lawrenceville decks or the large lot behind First American Bank and Trust. An added benefit of Lovin is that they have second hand designer purses,etc. for resale. Need a gift basket made, they can do that for you we well! A gift basket may even come out less expensive than a floral arrangement depending on the items you ask to be included. There's really something here for every budget tier. read more

Wanting to support a local business, I convinced my teen daughter to order her prom date's boutonniere from Lovin' Florist. I dropped her off to pick it up while I drove around since parking can be tricky on a busy Sat. afternoon. She came out holding the boutonniere stuck in floral foam. I told her it should be in a floral box and she agreed and thought it was odd but figured they're the pros and supposedly knew what they were doing. I sent her back in while I circled around more. She came back out holding the flower as before and carrying a box you'd use to transport a vase of flowers. They told her they didn't have any other boxes for it and it shouldn't be put in a box because the flower could bruise. Also, the price was $26 - more than double what we've paid Kroger in the past for comparable, if not better, and they put theirs in a box. If she'd been driving alone, she'd have had to put the flower in the cup holder and hoped it didn't fall over. She looked online and found Hobby Lobby sold the box for $1. So instead of heading home to start getting ready, we headed to Hobby Lobby to search for the box. Overall, an additional 20 minutes or so we hadn't planned in the day. I called the Lawrenceville Lovin' Touch store and asked for the manager or for Brandon, one of the owners I'd exchanged business messages with in the past. They said he wasn't there and no managers in, but maybe there'd be someone at their other store. So I called the other location and asked for Brandon. Not there, but they said Michelle was, so I asked for her. I explained the situation including the fact we paid double for something with the expectation of at least equal but hopefully better quality/service/experience than Kroger. Her response over being given the flower with no container was, "Oh no! That's not right!" I told her I had pics and she asked me to text them to her so she could handle it. I texted the pics of what we were given along with the receipt for the boutonniere box. After about an hour, I texted to make sure she'd received them and she said she was with a customer but would definitely take care of it. That was Saturday. On Monday she texted they apologize for the inconvenience and spoke with the employee regarding inappropriate packaging and to be sure it never happens again. I then messaged Brandon to make sure he was aware of the situation, but no response back. You would think anyone working at a florist would have the basic training to know how to package any version of floral upon sale, especially a boutonniere at prom season. It wasn't "inappropriate" packaging, there was NO packaging, costing us extra time and effort...and $14 more than if we'd gone to Kroger who has always done it right in the past. So much for trying to support local business. We didn't expect it to be free, but we certainly thought there'd at least be a partial refund or something in lieu of the added effort and expense and, quite frankly, incompetence of apparently the only employee they had on duty that day. The flower itself was pretty. The stems weren't covered in floral tape and ribbon as we're used to, but maybe that's not the norm. Just disappointed because we expected a better level of service and better experience considering the price. read more

Ordered a long stem yellow rose bouquet to celebrate my friends 40th birthday. I paid for an upgrade to an "Exceptional" arrangement which was to include a few more blooms and accent greenery in a larger vase. What my friend got was a mess of things put together in the same color pattern. No long stem yellow roses which was the feature flower and they used hydrangeas to fill the space which is the worst cut flower in my opinion. I emailed them my complaint about what I ordered not matching what she got and they tell me that they made substitutions and to make up for not have the flowers I chose, they put in a bigger vase. If they had called me to discuss options when my choices (on their website) was not available then we would not likely be having a dispute. It has been 4 days and still no resolution. In November 2022, I placed an order for a special arrangement and paid in full. The florist wasted NINE months, calling me just the DAY PRIOR -- in August 2023 -- to say they could not order the flowers I wanted. They wasted NINE months not bothering to source my order. After they called, I did a simple internet search and found several sources! I asked if she could at least wrap them in something as I can't drip water over an expense gown....she took a paper bag and wrapped it across the stems c handed them back to me. Very cooperative customer service with my specified notes on the 2 orders that I made...up until the actual delivery day. I ordered TWO DIFFERENT bouquets to be delivered at TWO DIFFERENT locations but to the SAME RECIPIENT. I specifically put on my first order to deliver to the recipients JOB, which is an elementary school. (Yes, I put the shipping address down as the schools address AND I even filled out the COMPANY NAME as the name of the school) The second order I put the shipping address to the recipients HOUSE. I realized I forgot to specify that the recipient gets off of work at 3pm. So I called the facility to inform them and the lady I spoke to told me that the flowers should be delivered before then. 2:30pm comes on the delivery date...I call the front office to the school and ask if any flowers were delivered...no flowers...So I call Lovin Florist and I explained to the employer about how I wanted one bouquet sent to the SCHOOL and one sent to the HOUSE. She tells me she will call the delivery person to see if they delivered the flowers. Calls me back and says they have been delivered. Ok great. So I call the front office to the school AGAIN to just verify that they were safely delivered. They said no flowers have been delivered....so at this point I am L I V I D!!!! Y'all said they delivered but I call the school and they said nothing was delivered!!!! So here I am trying to call Lovin Florist back and NOBODY PICKS UP!!!!!!!! I thought maybe it was my phone, so I tried my bf's phone but still no answer!!!! I emailed them and everything. It got to the point where it hit 3pm and I'm procrastinating, like did y'all really just take my money and not deliver my order?! I had to send my bf to actually drive to Lovin Florist....but the recipient made it home before he got there and sent me a picture of 2 bouquets. The whole point of sending 2 different bouquets was to make the recipient feel special on their special day!!!!! This way they can receive one bouquet at WORK and one bouquet at HOME! An absolutely disgraceful outfit! We, and our daughter-in-law, ordered two big tripod displays to stand beside the casket at the funeral of a close relative. They promised delivery Friday evening for the funeral at 11 AM on Saturday morning. We arrived at the chapel early Saturday morning, no flowers! The funeral people had contacted them and were told the flowers would be there by 8:30 AM. When nothing arrived, we started calling... They wouldn't pick up the phone. We gave up and the service began. An hour into the service, at Noon, they the two displays, both very inferior to their website photo. The opened the side door and parked them just inside the door and scurried away. If you don't want to end up as disgusted as we were, avoid this place like the floral plague! read more

I used the Braselton location to order a lavender arrangement over a week prior to my required date. Upon receiving my order, I noticed that the roses were red, and the employee told me it was due to being out of lavender roses. They never contacted me of the change and I paid over $120 for this arrangement and even included a tip (how regretful). The person receiving this arrangement loves lavender, which is why I bought it, only to receive red roses instead. If I wanted red roses, I would've just went to Publix instead, would've been way cheaper than here. I didn't have time to get a new arrangement, so I had no choice but to take it, but I will NEVER EVER order from here ever again. That is poor customer service. read more

They were so patient and helpful. They delivered the flowers along with a balloon, perfectly. The best part was the balloon said Happy Birthday in Spanish!! I wanted to use a local florist to support small business during COVID. Beyond disappointed when I saw the flowers 3 days after delivery. More than half the flowers were dead or dying and there was no design what so ever! I immediately called to express my concerns, was asked to send pictures, which I immediately did. They asked me not to call my CC company to dispute the charges but that they would make it right. A week later and two emails-not a peep! Grrrr! **First time I using the Braselton location.** My Mother's birthday delivery was not delivered on the day arranged. Prior to delivery, I called to confirm my online order was received (Lawrenceville location confirmed but said the Braselton location would fill the order). On the day of delivery, I received a delivery confirmation notice. However, the delivery location had no record of flowers being delivered. The following day, I called to locate my Mother's Birthday Bouquet. I contacted the Lawrenceville location and they advised me they would contact the Braselton location and ensure the order included a box of chocolate, extra ballon and a fuller bouquet (eventhough I paid for a premium bouquet). When the Braselton location finally called me, they stated it was probably delivered to my home address. I advised them I was home all day and did not receive flowers. Their response was, well I don't know what happened??? Once requested, I did receive an apology for the debacle. After much stress and follow-up calls my Mom received her Birthday Bouquet the day after her birthday. The purpose was for her to receive them ON her Birthday. I got some of these flowers delivered to my home today. The delivery was timely and deliverer nice, but I can't get over the fact that my family paid $40 for flowers that looked sub-par. One half on the arrangement had no flowers on it and the other had brown spots. I brought it back to the store, after I had read that they will either fix it or return your money, the ladies were nice and fixed it and provided me with a number to call to get my family's money back. I won't deprive them of the money paid for it after they fixed it but I'd rather have had it look good in the first place. read more

I ordered a bride bouquet and a boutonniere. When I went to pick it up, the day before the wedding, it was completely opposite of what I ordered! I designed a small minimalist bouquet with the florist and got a big, chunky and extravagant bouquet. It hardly fits in our fridge. The boutonniere was not even ready.
