You can barely tell it was a paw print. The example should have warned me but I asked if it'd be better than that and was assured it would be. It wasn't. Each package was supposed to receive a lock of fur. I noticed ours was missing and called back and was told he had noted I didn't want the lock of fur. I specifically had asked about getting the fur so I'm not sure where that came from. We got a nose print. Now this was the one thing I was happy with. It turned out really good. Lastly he wasn't even in the urn I'd wanted. There may have been a misunderstanding about which one I wanted. I feel like the intake person should take the time to verify each thing. Most people are very upset during this process. Just make sure you double check everything before you leave.

He came out handed her a box with no bag.Later I called to check on necklace and he announced that according to their records Jax's remains weren't picked up. I said of course they were but if they weren't then who's do we have?? He kept putting me on hold and the end conversation was him telling me that they had fulfilled their obligation. I spoke to HR and she said it was simple to know it was Jax because I had a certificate with numbers and also a metal band on the bag of remains with matching number. guess what.. no band on the bag with those numbers. she said she couldn't understand and would get back with me. she never got back with me so I called the next day she had no answers but she wound have owner call me that never happened. she gave me a tracking number for necklace that says it's been delivered but cant get an answer from HR as to how I'm supposed to pick up. Ethically this place should be shut down. They make it very obvious that they aren't fulfilling what your paying them to do and are not trustworthy and show no remorse fir that.

We called The Good Shepherd because we knew it was the pet service the Bluffton Animal Hospital used when a pet needed cremation. I inquired with the receptionist if we could bring our pet over after our 3:30 pm euthanizing appointment to have him cremated. I also inquired if it were possible to have his cremains returned prior to us leaving the area on the following Wed.(10/6). We were going to be traveling on interstate 95, right past the town where they are located that morning. The receptionist said she would have Jodi contact me to answer my questions. OMG-I was floored by the attitude and lack of sympathy expressed by this man when he called. I asked if we could bring Booker to them somewhere between 5-5:30pm that Friday evening. "Oh no, that does not work in my schedule. It's Friday evening!" I said, 'OK, when would you be able to receive him?" "Monday", he said. I asked if we would be able to get him Wed. am on our way back to OH? "Nope-7 to 10 days" was his response. The End. I thanked him for calling me and answering my questions. I was then called by a pet service in Savannah by a man that was an "angel sent from above!" We used their service and could not have been happier with the care we were given. It was worth the extra 25 minute drive to Savannah! I will be writing a rave review for them.
