Most of them seem really simple to fix, so I was a little let down that as busy as they are and as hard as it is to get reservations that they dont carve out time to upgrade. The bed was so uncomfortable that you sink in the middle. My husband ended up sleeping on the twin bunk because he suffers with back pain and couldn't tolerate the mattress. The couch is also pretty sunken in and at a strange slope. Its a pretty couch but not comfortable. The jets in the hot tub need major cleaning. The shower curtain is pretty disgusting and needs to be replaced or thoroughly cleaned. The condition of the pots and pans are unacceptable. It would be nice to have some disinfectant spray to clean the counters and tables and a new sponge for washing dishes. I think a privacy curtain would be excellent for the front door. Being able to see through as the breakfast gets delivered is not ideal or private. Overall, we had a nice stay here and would probably come again if these issues were updated. The cabin is private and quiet. The trails are a nice feature to walk around in. The location was great.

I have stayed in other cabins upstate and this was definitely the cleanest. I'm allergic to cats and dogs and was worried about pet hair but there wasn't any and my allergies were fine! Corrissa, who manages the property is absolutely wonderful. She's friendly and was very attentive to our needs/always available should we need anything. She also gave us some wonderful recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Thanks, Corrissa! Mary, who brought tasty breakfasts was also delightful. The cabin also has a washer and dryer which came in handy. As for the location, it's perfect, close to trails and some wonderful wineries. We can't recommend this cabin enough!

Breakfast offerings change daily and she uses the freshest ingredients; I'm super picky and every option sounded scrumptious. It was hard to choose just one! HIGHLY recommend the Gazebo room; it is a standalone room situated towards the back of the property and is very private and romantic. The decor is simple, yet elegant. It includes an oversized jet tub, spacious bedroom and bathroom and mini fridge. There is also a fireplace in the room and is stocked with lavender toiletries. My boyfriend and I appreciated the attention to detail in this room. We will absolutely be back! Madeline and Ken were happy to recommend activities and restaurants as well. There is a lot to do in the area and I cannot wait to visit in the fall. Parking off-street, wi-fi, delicious cookies and juice served in the evenings, beautiful grounds and the list goes on. Not only that it says on the website $59 on Tuesdays, but not on a holiday. Presidents' Day is a one day holiday, so how's the whole week a holiday season. I don't care if schools are off they should not be reneging on their promises of $59 day pass passes. We came expecting to pay that price. I complained to at least three people. Nobody offered me any recourse. Not only that they've gone cashless which excludes people who don't have credit cards. Plus, you can only buy tickets online so there's no way around to even talk to. They have some guys wandering around a jackets that can help you process their overpriced tickets, but no booth no manager no nothing. It's icy, crappy and I'm not coming back ever. I'd rather ski somewhere else if I'm gonna pay this kind of money. If you're gonna ski a small central to Western New York mountain; keep heading west to the skiing over by Buffalo the snow but better anyway.

As a complete beginner, I was a bit of a physical hazard on the slopes - picture me sliding down the hill in sheer terror (stopped in the middle and had a panic attack), sometimes sitting (laying is more accurate) in the snow, utterly immobilized by my unwieldy penguin-like flippers. Despite my less-than-graceful attempts, I miraculously managed to avoid any serious collisions. Though I'm obviously not ready to tackle the intimidating black diamond runs (seriously scary), I genuinely enjoyed my time at Greek Peak. From the get-go, Greek Peak made a positive impression. The resort itself is beautiful, with stunning snow-covered landscapes and a well-maintained facility. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient, offering help when I was stuck in between a crevice :,) Perhaps any mountain resort would do the same but it was fun and everything went smoothly!
