I was told I would be done after the worse unit. but, they came to me unit first and I just woke up. The owner said to me "you got 5 minutes to get ready and out of your unit, or it won't be done, I got other calls to get to". pretty rude and unprofessional. he then did a walk through and said ok, good to go. I got my dog and left my unit. he was already done and gone when I got back and was out front talking to a few people and we all heard a crash come from my unit. I ran inside and seen that the leaned the spring boxes and California king mattress against my dresser that was so heavy. it pushed and tipped over the dresser. on top of the dresser, was the prescious urn of my beloved disabled dog that recently passed away. the bag had torn slightly from the broken ceramic. I was devastate. I contacted his company and he denied any wrongdoin, not his fault, blamed me, said I had bad luck! mind you, this is the professional exterminator who said it was ok to leave a pan of oil out, I didn't have to cover it, I can cook with it later.... well, it was full of dead bedbugs later. He's arrogant, rude, unprofessional and takes no responsibility for his actions. He should have known, ought to have known the weight would tip the dresser over. He refuses to do the right thing. the ethical thing and replace the urn. I will be filing complaints and taking him to court for his careless and disrespectful treatmen of me and my property

The service provider who does this region is named Bob. I can't begin to tell you how horrible the experience was. I offered multiple times to pick Bob up and take him to the first cottage .. as directions were tricky...but he refused. He wanted to drive to Cottage number one himself. Result: went to the wrong cottage and treated a neighbors house. Then he proceeded to rudely berate ME on the phone as I suggested he might be at the wrong place because we were waiting for him at house #1. After he then went to cottage number two and three... I asked him about Cottage number 1 ... if he had in fact competed the treatment there after treating the neighbours by mistake, he snidely responded "ask the tenants" ... When I told him I was just looking for clarity to make sure that the bill he was sending me for all the cottages actually reflected cottage number one... He then let loose a barrage of rude texts and insults. Among his complaints was that I sent him a text message at 1:30am the previous night... (Incidentally...the text had directions to our cottage that he had requested... I sent it after my shift ..to make sure he would have it before his morning drive. It should be noted he sent his complaint to me via a text message at 5:30 am.... so I'm not exactly sure what his philosophy is here about texting during sleeping hours.) Overall... The service was abominable... And the technician was so incredibly rude and offensive that i vowed never to use this Company again if Bob was the technician for this region...even if I had to do the treatments myself. This company lost 4 cottage accounts because of the way Bob behaved. Out of curiosity as I began searching for other providers this year...and I happened upon the yelp review page. I guess it's not surprising that every single review seems to reflect similar horror stories.

Communication…read moreis definitely an issue with this company - they show up at unscheduled times, never gave an "all clear", were hard to get ahold of and left the home owners wondering when they could reassemble their rooms and unpack their clothes from plastic bags. We asked for a refund and hired another company that dealt with the issue immediately and professionally. Despite being promised a refund in December, it is now the end of June and we are still waiting for it to arrive - despite repeated phone calls and promises from the management that it is being processed, and even that it is "in the mail". If you do business with this company, don't count on their guarantees. They appear to be much happier to take your money than to stand behind their work or guarantee.
