They were able to fit me in right away, and did an outstanding job on replacing my broken windshield. They were all so friendly, very courteous and returned my car to me the next day. Gave me instructions on how to ensure the proper curing of the installation, and most importantly provided me a copy of the ADAS report to keep with my vehicle on the result of their calibration of all my safety systems. Do not use this Auto Glass company. I had a windshield replaced 2 weeks ago and it developed a crack. No Rock chips no hail damage. They would not warranty the windshield. Yelp would not allow me to give them a rating of 0. I had to give them a score of 1 in order to post. Sorry Saraj. It was not damaged by a rock or lawn mowing. Pretty creative though. read more

I needed to replace the tint on my back window. I looked around at different places and went to Low Price Auto Glass in San Marcos. Glad I did. I went in and told me what I needed. They explained the two different types of tint and with a little machine, they showed the difference between them. It took about 1 1/2 to 2 hours, which is a good thing because they had to remove the rotten tint that was there and replace it. If they would have done it in an hour or less I'd wonder if they really knew what they were doing. I also watched them fix two chipped windows, excellent work. I don't know all that they do, but I'm sure whatever they do is excellent. I tell you, these people are honest, professional, and courteous and I won't go anywhere else. read more

These guys are great. Unfortunately, I had to see them twice in the past six months. Once for a replacement and once for chip repair. When I called the second time, I was quoted a very reasonable price for the chip repair. I showed up and got my car right in for the work. When they realized it was one of their replacement windshields, they told me that the first chip is repaired free for their windshields. This was a wonderful bonus! The repair has not had any issues and it has been a couple of months since then. I don't hope to see them again soon, but I wouldn't go anywhere else if I needed windshield replacement or repair. :) read more

I took my suv in to have the sunroof fixed and was quoted a price of $295 to diagnose the problem and would ensure it closed; they would also tell me what the problem was and give a price to fix it. The process was supposed to take 3 hours which justified the high price. After an hour and a half, they had finished and did close the sunroof. They did not give a solution to fix it and were annoyed when asked how to permanently fix it. They also broke a rosary (a family heirloom) and left it hanging off the rear view mirror. When it was brought to their attention, again the guy was again annoyed. He reluctantly fixed it by permanently attaching it to the mirror. I had to break it again in order to remove it. Did they shut my sunroof? Yes. Is it sealed shit? No. Did they tell me what was needed to fix it? No. Were they courteous and professional? No. If you want your car worked on with someone who isn't friendly and will break your stuff and then give you an attitude about it, then I can recommend this place. read more

So pleased with the work I just received from Low Price Auto Glass. The other glass repair places quoted me twice the amount as this place quoted me. Only about $10 over what I paid over a decade ago in Colorado. But they came out okay in my book. I'm going back to get ceramic window tinting done on one of my vehicles. My husband back window to his Dodge Challenger got broken by a guy that was cutting grass. We looked around to see who could do a same day fix for us. We found them ok on price but not so good on the work. They fixed the back window but did a really crappie job on the clean up. Left glass in the backseat even in parts where the window meets the edge of the seam to the car. My hundred and I cleaned it out and fixed they way it is supposed to be. Average pricing; quick service; but if your looking for cleanliness, then look elsewhere. Just had by rear window replaced; have shattered glass everywhere now; back seat, floorboard, back of the truck and all over the driveway. No effort to clean up after my misfortune or themselves. Ive had many windshields replaced over the years and have never had to clean up the glass. When I called the office, I was told that they do not even carry a vacuum on the truck. They quoted a price more than 50% less that Safe-lite--and had the glass in stock and could install it the next day. I have a fancy car with auto headlights and rain-sensing wipers (both with magical sensors in the windshield) and the LPAG replacement windshield worked fine with them. read more
