I literally drive all the way from Lewisburg (~45 minutes each way) because they know their stuff and ate always polite, nice, and ready to help. They always make sure to have my juice in stock and have even special ordered for me on occasion. I used to work for a close competitor of theirs and they blew us away, if we didn't have a certain other licensed product that they can't sell themselves they would have shut down our store I'm most sure of it. Amazing selection. Staff is always amazing. Value is incredible, especially if you use their loyalty program through fivestars.

Not my first choice for vape stores. They charge 4.50 tax per item. Only store I've been to that makes the customer aware of this add on. Most stores include it in price or eat the tax to keep patrons coming back. This adds up quick if your buying multiple bottles of juice. Their house line of juices, leaves something to be desired. I haven't tried them all but again this is my "in a pinch" store. Now they do have pretty good prices on mods, thanks, coils anything not juice. They have huge variety and have almost every niche of vaping covered. If you like big mods that will send a powerhouse cloud into the air, they got you. They also purchase coils to build with from local "artisans" so I dig that. Their pros give them 3 stars but overpriced and over taxed juice just really make me cringe everytime I have to make a purchase there. There is a vape store in oakhill I prefer. read more

Very nice looking vape shop. They definitely have a lot to choose from! The prices are a little steep but I also expect that when you're paying for quality juices and product. The reason I am leaving a one star review is because the staff was very dismissive and not helpful. I went there to purchase a coil and was met with a annoyed shop worker. I guess because I had to show him the vape I was using and I wasn't completely sure on the type of coil I needed. But after showing and asking, he got me the coils I needed then automatically rung me up instead of asking the person I was with if they needed any help with anything. My friend is a socially awkward person and this really didn't help the situation. They came with me because they needed a coil as well and after seeing how the employee acted towards me, they didn't want to bother the guy anymore. Very nice shop, I'd love to return just because of the selection but I probably won't due to how the staff acted that day. I hate giving a bad review but I feel like this is something Lowa needs to work on. read more
