Here is my response to him. I won't be bashed about telling the truth. This is clearly an example of bad customer service. Have no problem paying for services rendered. Have no problem paying the service fee. Only have a problem paying for the attitude that was exhibited. Yes I do know what overhead costs and you are justified in charging a service call. This was a stop made between calls. We were told that you could easily stop by on your current route to check it out. You got an extra bonus here. I also know when a service person takes advantage. This is one of those cases. Of course this is all our own opinions. I will still never recommend or use you again.

They gave me an estimate window of 2pm-4pm on Wednesday. They never showed up. No one bothered to give me advanced warning of being late or not showing up. I called them, and a lady was fumbling her words and making a ton of excuses. She said she would call me back in "3 minutes." She never called me back, but she did send an email to reschedule. Based on no follow through of something basic as a phone call, I went against my gut instinct and decided to give them one more chance. They gave me a one hour window of 2pm-3pm on Thursday. They never showed up. No one bothered to give me advanced warning of being late or not showing up. I called them, and a lady was fumbling her words and making a ton of excuses. The apologies sounded insincere as if it was something she was repeating all day long to people. She said she could reschedule me for the following Tuesday, but offered no ownership of the issue and no guarantee that the 3rd time would be any different. If they didn't want the job, then they should have told me. I wouldn't have wasted 2 days off and I wouldn't have written this bad review.
