I am the type of person that I tend to have a "hunch" and go with my gut in regards to how well a person interacts with me as a customer. I felt as though he was 100% honest with me and I trusted him. I asked him some questions about the work, he answered them kindly, never acted annoyed to speak to me. The second time was to fix a few switches that had gone bad in my house. I consider myself a DIY guy, I tried to replace them and screwed it up, the wife was mad LOL. I had such a good experience with Luis the first time that I called him for this job. He came out the next day and within 30 minutes fixed my mess. Again, he really is super friendly and nice and answered all of my questions with kindness. The third time he came was today to fix an issue with my pool pump. For some weird reason the pump was running but two other devices off the same breaker were not working.
