We had to order t-shirts for our 6th graders and after shopping around the Tampa Bay area, we saw that Lowegear had a great selection of shirts. Working with Gail was fantastic. She was able to make the shirts affordable so that all of our students were able to purchase one. She even managed to get us a few "scholarship" shirts for some of our less fortunate students. She was able to give me a fantastic quote with an "out the door" price in about 3 days. We submitted our artwork (front, back, and sleeve) and had our shirts about 3 days after the art was approved. We (the teachers) were very satisfied with the quality of the shirts and how the art looked. The students were very VERY excited to get the shirts. They wear them each Friday with pride. When I went to pick up the shirts I was greeted and Gail brought me to her office. I paid for the shirts, got my invoice, and was ready to go..... HOWEVER, the box was a bit large, and she had arranged for one of the workers to bring the box of shirts to my car!!!!! Excellent customer service. While I was waiting for the shirts Gail took me around and showed me the embroidery room and showed me some samples. My school is now looking for another product and I immediately spoke with my principal and told him about Lowegear. Next year I will definitely work with Gail and Lowegear for the team shirts. We are a public magnet school that requires uniforms. We use LoweGear Printing for our Oxford Shirts, P.E. Uniforms and other t-shirts with our school logo. They do a beautiful job with embroidery and also screen printing, and their prices can't be beat. I have worked with Gail Weirich and she has been delightful. She can answer all questions and provide good suggestions regarding what is best for our needs. Really good local shop for promotional products. Ashley is a pleasure to deal with - she typically gets back to you very quickly. They have a small in office showroom which was nice to actually see and touch the products. My products shipped pretty fast, were exactly what I expected - on time. Even though my order was small (55 T-shirts) it afforded me a discount rate. The artwork and printing were first rate, the shirt color vivid. Even though I was in Las Vegas as they worked my order, they kept in touch by cell and even emailed a proof to approve. The shirts were done even sooner than the quick turnaround they offer.
