Located surprisingly close to my house, this business is residential but very professional and organized. What happened next could have been a potential disaster, but Susan and the team at Image Depot spun it into customer service gold. I dropped off the shirts and went out of town for some meetings. Upon arriving back in the office, I noticed that somehow the work orders were confused and the new shirts had the old logo! After one phone call and a couple emails back and forth, Susan agreed that she would fix the problem. They volunteered to go out of their way to find similar shirts and purchase them at their expense to put our new logo on. Susan even sent over pictures of the shirts to make sure we liked them because the exact style I had sent her was discontinued by Nike! I would like to note that I have not had other issues with THIS location of Image Depot (they are independant) and I did have an issue, they were quick to step up and fix it at their own expense. If you value follow-though in customer service like most people, I recommend the Dale Mabry location of Image Depot for logo-wear.
