The steel ring that controlled the directiction of the snow snapped off. The snowblower was thoroughly looked over on the spot to make sure this is something that could they were able to fix or not. Confidently, I was told that they were able to weld that part back on. When I got the snowblower back, it was in better condition than from when I sent it in. What really impressed me was how the snowblower was repainted to a perfect match. I recommend them for anything that needs to be welded. It is very hard to find a welder and find a company that is honest, reliable, and back their work up 100%.

We had great difficulty with customer service re: Boston Iron Group. FYI, it wasn't mentioned…read moreduring our initial estimate, but it's standard for them to complete painting touch up on site when they deliver your railing. I questioned the workers doing this as it was about to rain, but they assured me that it would be fine. We had a downpour within one hour of them painting and sure enough, the paint job suffered. I had to contact Aylton, the owner, repeatedly for 6 weeks before the painting was finally touched up. There were many weather days when painting was not an option, but the company didn't try to fulfill their promise of correcting things in a timely manner or without my constant reminding. I recommend looking elsewhere for your railing needs.
