I explained how frustrating it has been sitting around waiting for a call that clearly wasn't coming and he apologized & told me he'd be in tomorrow , & he would make sure I get a call and update as soon as they have an update & know if the phone is able to be fixed. Initial experience with this place was 1 but this guy just redeemed it to get to 3 . Hopefully it will be 4 in the end x I won't be giving 5 unless the first guy I spoke to calls an apologies

I went to the Nashua store, concerned not about the 30 dollar connector but CPR cracking the screen during the very invasive screen removal process to get at the connector, plus I didn't want to share my passcode. They accommodated both, guaranteeing if they broke screen, they make me whole. After the repair and in-store, I entered my passcode for them to check and they determined the far right side icon movement was intermittent. They replaced the screen entirely and I was a happy camper when I finally picked it up. They honored their commitment and I'd definitely return.

The screen stopped working correctly almost immediately: half my screen would freeze sometimes, but now today, my phone is completely inoperable. I'm taking it to Apple to see if they can replace this screen for a genuine one and fix the issue. I can't entirely fault this shop: Apple very effectively incentivizes using their own products and specifically says on their website that you shouldn't use non-Apple parts. I didn't listen, and I regret it. I don't know if my issue is due to shotty worksmanship or with an incompatibility with iPhones. Either way, do yourself a favor and take your Apple products to Apple stores.

It was quoted at $119 (+tax). I opted for the come to you service. It said online they have a van and do the repairs that way, however they reached out to see if I was okay with a pick up/drop off instead. That made no difference to me. They were very communicative throughout the process. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and I was able to have them complete repairs the next day! They did a great job with the repair - it looks brand new and you can't tell that there was an accident in the first place! They also asked if I wanted to add a screen protector which I appreciated as I would prefer not to break my screen again. They charged $20 for the protector and application, which I thought was reasonable and worth it for me not to have to mess with putting it on myself.
