So I've now replaced my I phone 5 screen twice and now have a pretty good understanding of how this all works. I was online last night searching for another place to replace my screen and wanted to get it done close to home. Long story short I found I Rich! When I called he told me that he was out of town in NY so I figured he would not be able to help me anytime soon and was about to say okay thank you for taking my call have a nice day. But before I could he asked me if you questions and grabbed my attention. He told me that the last screen I had purchased was most likely a grade B screen and that if I were going to go somewhere else to ask a series of questions by the time he explained all of this I didn't really feel comfortable going any where else and decided that I would wait for him. He told me that he could meet me the following morning at 8:30 AM right on the way to my work and would make sure that I was completely satisfied with the screen replacement. So we met the following morning and I felt like I was at school he took the phone apart right in front of me and explained the process to me as he worked on my iPhone. He explained what went wrong with the last replacement and actually found a screw missing from the last repair. He had an extra screw and went over everything with a fine tooth comb. I would highly recommend I rich and would like anyone who had used I Fix wireless ( the company in the mall) to make sure your phone was fixed correctly because mine was not and would have failed at one point or another. read more

I like to think I'm "Mr. Fixit", but I'm happy I used Rich to fix the front/back cover and replace the speaker of my iPhone 4s. We set up a time to fix my phone. He was prompt and he came prepared with his tackle box full of tools, spare parts, and an extra iPhone for me to borrow. Just in case I had damaged internal parts that he didn't have replacements for at the time and he would need to bring it back to his workshop that night. Rich is very professional and has excellent service. I feel he enjoys fixing phones, but he really shows he enjoys showing his customers how they're fixed and likes to educate his customers of the risks of fixing the phones themselves. My phone looks brand new and I don't think I'm going to replace it once my contract runs out in 6 months. I go through a lot of service companies between work items, membership on a board of trustees, home ownership, and busy family household. It is refreshing to have someone as honest and helpful as Rich. I contacted Rich prior to his normal hours starting for the day and he had me running within an hour after some back and forth Q&A. This was after I could not locate any applicable articles on Apple.com or get someone on the phone at Apple or Verizon to help troubleshoot without bringing in for expensive physical repairs. Great experience as he explained about the parts & the sources, all the while pulling apart my iPhone6+, and putting the new screen on. Phone looks great and works like new. Execellent repair experience. I bought iPhone from Craigslist which had shoddy parts just done to sell it. Phone had front mic problem and it had water damage.
