This month (July), I was surprised to receive a $150 charge for that intake visit. What frustrated me most was that this was never clearly explained to me in a way that felt transparent or upfront... and why I am being billed 6 months later. I understand that intake appointments can sometimes be billable, but the way this was handled felt misleading and unnecessarily stressful. Instead of helping me feel supported, the process left me feeling confused and taken advantage of. Based on my experience, I would caution others to get every cost in writing before scheduling anything here.
