It took their crew about 20 minutes to empty the attic (on my lawn!) and then they tried to send me a separate bill for $800 for the 20 minutes of labor.I am a senior on a limited income and would never have agreed to nor contracted this since I am not in a place to pay for unskilled labor at that high of a rate. I went all summer with no AC even though I had already paid for this system. I had to get Alabama Power involved since they financed it. The other owner finally came out and shook his head at the shit install and promised to make it right. Never heard from him again. I cant even use the system and employ fans and space heaters instead. The ductwork leaks into my kitchen ceiling, and the system shorts out. My excellent credit rating be damned, but I never paid. penny on it because it isn't working. Last I heard, it was going through the attorney general. Absolute rip off and they refuse to stand behind their contract at all, and worst of all, the owner has the temper of a toddler.
