And when i said i was going to check around they said he had to bill me for service call for $150, that i could get back if i used them for service, no choice but to pay. I called company to complain and got the run around, someone would call me back, no luck pictures show thier claim free estimates. And quotes no fees that are not explained upfront but when i shopped around for better pricing, they charge a fee. Classic bait and switch, false advertising...

When I called, I was astounded that the owner was mocking me like a third grader. Then they finally sent a technician who wasn't here 5 minutes before inexplicably blowing up and storming off. At that point, I wasn't even being a Karen of any sort since I believed they would fix it. Also, when they sold me the system, I was told that the attic hoard left by the previous owner would need be removed but they had a team for that and he'd have to check with his boss but it was mostly likely included in my quote. It took their crew about 20 minutes to empty the attic (on my lawn!) and then they tried to send me a separate bill for $800 for the 20 minutes of labor.I am a senior on a limited income and would never have agreed to nor contracted this since I am not in a place to pay for unskilled labor at that high of a rate. I went all summer with no AC even though I had already paid for this system. I had to get Alabama Power involved since they financed it. The other owner finally came out and shook his head at the shit install and promised to make it right. Never heard from him again. I cant even use the system and employ fans and space heaters instead. The ductwork leaks into my kitchen ceiling, and the system shorts out. My excellent credit rating be damned, but I never paid. penny on it because it isn't working. Last I heard, it was going through the attorney general. Absolute rip off and they refuse to stand behind their contract at all, and worst of all, the owner has the temper of a toddler.

They have a $39 fee for an appointment (between 8-5) or $59 for a 2 hr window (8-10). They called about 45-60 min before they arrived and their office sent a text with a picture and short bio of the technician. Technician showed up during the window promised (9ish), troubleshot the problem thoroughly explained issues, showed me options and installed new hot water heater pretty quickly. Plumber was friendly, polite and explained what the problems were before the repair. Very happy with completed job. I will call them in the future

Austin sent me a quote recommended replacing the air-conditioning unit for $12 to 14K depending on the chosen unit. He said I could "get by" for now with a new drain pan and resealing the ductwork for $2647. I called the outfit that replaced everything 10 years ago who said NO WAY the AC unit needs to be replaced. Their quote for a new pan, drain and resealing was $800. So far, the re-pipe is up to snuff. but I don't trust these guys. If you call them for any work, be sure to get a second opinion.

I hired two separate companies to take a look before I made a 10k decision..and both said nothing was wrong with my system after day cool said I need a total replacement. I also bought a air scrubbing unit from them with a 5 year warranty, less than 2 years later it doesn't work, they will not come look at it unless I pay a 60$ service fee for a product under warranty, when I spoke to then they gave me some Builsh*t excuse that it has a 5 year warranty on part then a 2 year on other parts...just stay away from this company unless you enjoy being ripped off.
