They had a booked schedule already but still managed to squeeze us in due to the emergency nature of the job. Todd finished installing our brand new water heater before dinner time, tested it, made sure we were satisfied, all before departing. He was also very clean and sure that no mess was left behind from the installation. As far as pricing goes they are fair. He explained all the options to us and the price I was quoted was exactly what I paid-no surprises. They called about 45-60 min before they arrived and their office sent a text with a picture and short bio of the technician.
