They then proceeded to go back on that contract and produced work of the most substandard and dangerous quality whilst trying to pin it back onto the original company and wipe their hands of it. During this operation they were very aggressive towards us when chasing payment even though we had paid all deposits onetime, they were even chasing payment ahead of the agreed schedule. This was around the time my partner had given birth to our baby daughter and the stress they created was almost overwhelming and ruined what was supposed to be a special time. The work they produced was incredibly dangerous, my 3 year old son fell from the structure from approximately 6ft off of the ground after the handrail they made broke free as they had only used the smallest of brackets to attach it which is grossly negligent. Regrettably we offered to pay them more for the work after they complained they were low on funds. I regret doing this as they promised that with the funds they would complete the work to a reasonable standard but instead took the money and left the project unfinished. We are currently waiting for building control to inevitably fail their work and will then be taking them to court as soon as possible to recover the cost of repairing their work. Please do not fall for their lies, they come across as being incredibly charming at first but are, like I said, the slipperiest of operators.
