Went to the branch to find 3 tellers trying to help 20+ people, waited in line to learn that it was the Manager's day off. Left today and stopped in at Gesa near Queensgate. My wife and I had new accounts setup in under 20 minutes and now get to go through all the hassle of transferring my business and personal accounts, but I am doing so with a pep in my step as I know I don't have to deal with WF anymore.

He had no interest in helping and suggested I scheduled an appointment for the following Monday at 10:00 am that because this would take over 1 hour. when I asked who the appointment was scheduled with, he said any banker who's available at the time of your visit. I ended up going to 72nd ave, on Monday and had the most pleasure visit with the help from Jose Valencia who provided with excellent customer service, not to mentioned it took 10 minutes to add my stepmother into my existing account.
