Each time they were directed toward the No Solicitation sign posted right next to the sidewalk leading up to the front door, you can not miss it if you tried. If someone is unwilling to be aware of their surroundings and notice that your business is not wanted, why would I want to consider hiring you if you fail to see I didn't want your business in the first place.

The invoice was higher than the quote. When I asked why, they said they had to replace a rotten piece of roof decking. When I asked how there could be a rotten roof decking sheet under a new roof they had no answer for me. Either my new 50 year warranty roof is leaking or they put shingles over rotten decking to begin with. Best part... they keep telling me they'll come out and see what the problem is but they don't.
