From the outside, this little dry cleaners seemed too small and I was afraid they would not do a good job. However, I really needed a local dry cleaner. They only way to find out if this will be my local go-to place, I had to try it out. I brought in a few blazers and one dress. The man receiving the clothes at the counter was very nice. He gave me my docket and said I could either pick it up in the afternoon or next day. I pick them up following day and all were in immaculate condition, as if brand new again. I was thrilled with the great service and quality cleaning they do, that I brought it many other items the next day. It's a great place that is clearly popular amongst other locals and I am delighted to have this little place as my local go-to dry cleaners.

But what really dampened my experience was the lack of customer service. Having been told it would be ready Friday, I stopped by to pick it up only to be told it wasn't ready and they weren't sure when it would be, but to come back the next day. To cut a long story short we didn't pick it up until Monday. I say it often: it's the little things that make a difference and it was just a little too "we don't care" for me. Perfect for the drop in/pick up drive through service and for a busy professional these guys would be a decent choice.

But the lady who does the repairs and sewing is very good, and has helped me alter and repair some delicate dresses over the years. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other dressmakers I've visited. They are open early on weekdays at 7am, so you can drop in before work. They are also not too far from the Geebung train station around the corner, so they are very conveniently located.

Charged my elderly father $102 for 3 items to be dry cleaned! When I rang and complained they said they would take $20 off when we picked the items up, which they did not do. Even at $82 it would of been a rip off! If that is how they treat elderly pensioners, imagine what they would do to you. I hope they don't have elderly parents and have to watch them being taken advantage of :(

I recently got 3 winter jackets drycleaned with them which ended up costing $29.85, which I thought wasn't too bad for the quality. Alternatively, if you needed only one done, it would cost $15.20. So, ideally, you'd want to take advantage of 3 for $29.85. I've only ever noticed the same lady working there. Although she doesn't appear to be very enthusiastic about the work, she is still very friendly and helpful. A good dry cleaning place for their fast, professional and convenient service at affordable prices.

I often come here and ask If I could get my pants/jeans etc altered within the hour and irrespective of how busy they are they always achieve this without a hassle. They are always friendly and accommodating and I have never been disappointed with the result, on top of that they offer some of the cheapest alterations around. Even the more complex and time consuming alterations like those associated with suiting and leather goods they seem to do it with ease and for an exceptional price.
