I often come here and ask If I could get my pants/jeans etc altered within the hour and irrespective of how busy they are they always achieve this without a hassle. They are always friendly and accommodating and I have never been disappointed with the result, on top of that they offer some of the cheapest alterations around. Even the more complex and time consuming alterations like those associated with suiting and leather goods they seem to do it with ease and for an exceptional price. After the last two years of rain, there was heaps of mould and lichen on our colourbond roofing. I know! This sounds too ridiculous to be true?? I literally could not believe it. This clean was very important to me and to have it cancelled (too late now to book anyone else) , for simply checking on the payment method was beyond unbelievable and disappointing. I have no idea how a business is run this way. It would seem Dave would only do this job for cash(which I was happy to do) as he wanted to evade paying tax as according to him charging an exorbitant $320 (double what anyone else has EVER charged me) for a 4 bedroom house clean was too small a job to do the ethical thing and put it through his books. I agreed to pay this insane amount since I believed that this company would actually show up for the booking. I was willing to pay double for that reliability. Unfortunately I've been made the fool. If a company cancels bookings at will because a client asks for a simple confirmation of payment preference, I have to wonder if you can ever have peace of mind that they'll show up to the booking you made not matter how far in advance.

I recently got 3 winter jackets drycleaned with them which ended up costing $29.85, which I thought wasn't too bad for the quality. Alternatively, if you needed only one done, it would cost $15.20. So, ideally, you'd want to take advantage of 3 for $29.85. I've only ever noticed the same lady working there. Although she doesn't appear to be very enthusiastic about the work, she is still very friendly and helpful. A good dry cleaning place for their fast, professional and convenient service at affordable prices.
