I was getting 100 paver stones today around 9:15 and the person who was getting them I was in shock that he would care less about getting them. I waited until 10 clock and called curb side assistance and guess why broken promises to come help me. I got gas and came back and called twice for a manager. Needless to say he could care less about his job which infuriated me to the point I told him I'm going to hang up before I say something and he was like okay. You mean no apologies or nothing. Told them to have it loaded tomorrow or I'm going to get a refund and I promise this if I have to load them myself the person on the other end who should have done the job will get it as well. Thanks got nothing Lowe's I'm really disappointed in you. Spoke with manager named John and he's going to talk to people who could have cared less about there job. read more

Employees are no help at all they all sit in the back with their nose stuck up in the air and mouth wide open like they're trying to catch flies and to make it worse when you go to self checkout they stare you down like you're a criminal and won't even help you I had no help carrying my heavy items whatsoever and ended up dropping my phone on the ground because they made me so uncomfortable the big lady working here stands right up on me and me being someone with claustrophobia it makes me panic. I'd rather drive to London Lowe's then EVER shop here again. read more

I have remodeled most homes to our liking and bought windows, doors, etc in excess of $100,000 at Lowes. Moving to this part of the country the Corbin Lowes is by far the worst Lowes. Nice people yes. Customer focus &$;@$ No. I don't know how many times I have seen the party time bunch while customers are just standing. My wife drive farther to London as she refuses to just stand around. I was here 2 hours one hour waiting for an appliance person. Jared, who was not appliance, was the first of about 10 employees walking around to ask can I help you. He tried. I had a list of items oven, dishwasher, dryer, external doors. After that exhausting effort I left. Please hire a manager that says to employees I better not ask a customer if they have been helped and see 5 guy charting for 15 minutes and another dusting lol. I have spent hours on the phone with the Corbin, KY store trying to get this resolved--most of that time on hold. One day I was transferred 8 times. They told me I shouldn't have ordered it online. In the store on 10/14/20.I went in for blinds. I had walked around for at least 30 minutes trying to find someone to help me. Due to needing some blinds cut after going through three associates from up front. all telling me they would get someone to help me. I walked over and asked a associate that I found just looking around. If she could help me. I went to explain what I was looking for. Her response to me after I asked her for help was "she didn't have a clue" it's like I insulted her asking for help. Worst attitude. I then asked if we could find someone who that could answer my question? I was able to get help from a gentleman from another department. He was very professional. My attitude associate had to go get another associate to help with cutting the blinds I found. Which this girl had the same attitude. Walks up to me and states "What do you need! Very unprofessional. The first associate walked off. After everything is done. I replied to her "Thank you so much for your help." She never turned around and made eye contact. Never once said you are welcome. Walked off from me without saying anything. Lowe's received a F from me. Worst customer service I have ever had. I did find out the 2nd girl to help me. She was department mgr. over paint. The employee's here, for the most part, bend over backwards to help you. Always come across some employee who asks me if I am finding what I need and always helps me find what it is that I am looking for and further assists me with knowledgeable information on the product and where it will be accurately located; as it is easy to get lost within the vast isles of the store. Most helpful person I've come across works in lumber; can't remember the name but this guy, short haired fellow whose younger, but he will be sure to take care of you, if you need. A good Lowe's store and nearly a friendly, inviting atmosphere. Only problem is, they seem to be understaffed; as the employee's, especially in building materials, seem to be working at the redline, to assist both customers, phone calls and maintaining their department at all times. I recommend you come here for all your Lowe's needs. read more
