This Lowe's has a pretty good variety of items for everything from building almost anything you can conjure in your head, to updating your kitchen, or beautifying your lawn and garden. I enjoy the large selection of magazines, cookbooks and DIY books, as well as, the large selection of Dremel bits and accessories. This is the one place I can always find my favorite stainless steel cleaner, Bar Keepers Friend. Returning items has never been an issue. They accept the items and in return I get a merchandise card for the value of my return. I almost always find something else to spend it on. During Spring and Summer months there are how-to shops and classes geared toward children. They teach them to make simple projects like birdhouses and wooden race cars. read more

Lowe's Corinth, MS Service is Aweful!!! Placed an Order for Curbside Pick Up this morning, got an email shortly after saying my order was ready. 30 minutes away from the Store I started Check In which informed them "I'm on the way", as soon as I pulled in the parking lot I finished Check In by adding Spot #, app showed they were getting my order. A few minutes later it showed delayed, after 8 minutes waiting while no Orders were being brought out, I entered the Store only to find that No one was working the Pick Up Area! I asked the CS Desk to get someone to get my Order, after about 10 pages a lady showed up and " said you have only been here 11 minutes"!!!!?? She made no effort to get my Order or the other Lady who had been there over 5 minutes!! Finally a young guy arrived and started looking for my order and found gallon of primer quickly but was looking at his scanner in a confused manner and I told him it was the 2 bags of Vacuum Bags , right next to where the primer was !!! On 2/27/19 I was at this location to purchase a new refrigerator and stove, with 3,000 cash in hand. I spent 30 minutes in the stove/refrigerator area as a total of fours Lowe's employees walked past me and waited on every other customer besides me for some unknown reason. I continued to wait as more employees continued to look at me and not ask if I needed help. After the 30 minutes, I went to the front end to ask for help. I stood at the front counter as 3 woman turned they're backs to me. After that I left and called the Lowe's manager...during mid sentence of telling my complaints that manager hung up on me. I have never been to such a rude establishment of business in my life. I still wonder why I was ignored ...? Insane ! read more

Lowe's care nothing about our safety. I went to the manager asking that they please move the metal storage building from the back parking lot which backs up to the church building next door to our house. Since they have moved the buildings our cars were broken into and the church building was broken into. The person that broke into our car parked in the Lowes parking lot hidden behind the buildings. I was told that it was not a decision that he (the manager) could make. I would need to come from home office. Took all my contact information and told me I would be contacted. Buildings still there and have not been contacted. I asked that they not have the parking lot blown off at 1: am. said he would talk to the company that cleaned the parking lot. Saturday 1:45 am guess what they blew off the parking lot which sounds like they are in our back yard. We were here long before Lowes even thought about opening in Corinth. We have never complained about ANYTHING before. SAD day when they don't take their neighbors safety into consideration. read more

I contacted Lowe's about having a roof installed on my house. I forked out $8k on this roof. The contractor came out a put up the roof. They left old roofing tacks all in my yard, old shingles and pieces of board they replaced. My roof was warped in between the rafters and I talked to sales person about having it fixed and i was quoted 10 decking boards to be replaced. The contractor came back and said it was not necessary to do that many, only 4 was needed. I still have dips in between the rafters. My roof LOOKS LIKE SHIT!! I couldn't even sell my house if I wanted it looks so bad. The contractor stated that they were only supposed to replace rotted boards not warped ones. That was my main concern in the beginning was the warped boards. I also had an issue with no one speaking English that worked on my roof. I had to call the contractor and get him to call them and give them instructions. 3 of the guys came back to my house that evening, after the install, and were going all over my property and my neighbors private property looking some personal property, a black backpack, that one of the guys had supposedly left there and lost. They went inside my storage building rummaging thru it looking for it. I called the contractor and had a come apart that they were back at my house looking everywhere, not mention they didn't speak English and they had to use a Spanish/English translator on their phone. I have contacted Lowe's about my HORRIBLE experience and so far I have not received any return calls from them or the contractor about my roof being fixed. I will definitely NOT be using Lowe's for any of my other repairs for my home and I will not be giving any referrals to anyone I know!!! BAD BAD BAD!!!! read more

OK. Lowe's store has a lot that I buy. I basically shopped here for all of our building needs. The employees are great, when you can find them. The person in carpets was always kind and helpful. I love the garden section. The problem came when my carpet was installed. It is contracted out to Legacy, who hire local folks. The actual installers were great workers and did a great job. Legacy however, made them drive to Jackson, TN to pick up my carpet I had ordered weeks ago? And they did not even pay them any more for the gas or time involved. I am very disappointed in the treatment of the workers. Carpet installation is not easy. I appreciate my Lowes store, the employees and the carpet installers. But I don't think much of the Legacy company's treatment of other people. If you want to be blessed, treat others as you want to be treated! read more

It's got what you need and the prices are a lot cheaper than other home improvement stores in this area. They always have everything I need for whatever project I'm working on. Lowes is one of my favorite stores. read more
