On may 13 I ordered a set champagne bronze figures for my bathroom. On May 14 I was told it was delivered. I arrived home to see like 7 black plastic pack pipes on my porch. No order number no package or bag just a bunch of pipes I never ordered. So I called the customer service line. I was told that it was taken care of and someone would pick up the garbage they left for me. This did not happen. So I called back 4 more times same results. Lowes Customer service kept hanging up on me. What each agent wanted was for ME to take the wrong item they sent me back. I said to each agent I ordered it online for a reason and because of that I need these pipes picked up. As soon as I said that each one put me on indefinite hold. I had had issues with the store but now you can't even order online from this company. Its absolutely horrible an there are no oversight to make sure things are actually working. Looking at the pics how could a human with eye sight confuse the two. I think I was just scammed by lowes. read more

The sales associate Miguel was great. It was the shipping and receiving department and their AI assistant that dropped the ball. The product was never placed on the truck for delivery and the AI assistant was telling me it was scheduled for delivery between the hours of 8am to 8pm on Monday, March 23. I took off work in order to be there for delivery and kept getting messages all day the product was on the way. Finally at the end of the delivery window I called the store and spoke to a live person Myra. She said " oh we don't deliver that late! The next day the AI assistant was still chanting the same message that the product was on its way and would be delivered between the hours of 8am to 8 pm on Monday, March 23. This was now Tuesday March 24!!! I went back to the store in person and found Miguel and he got this fixed and straightened out correctly. He deserves a raise for fixing the problem. Visited this store to return items and make an additional purchase. The area for returns is right at the entrance and the line moved quickly. All returns accepted without hassle and they credited the original card used to make the purchase. From there I went to grab a few painting supplies for a home project and headed out. Claribel took approximately 30 minutes searching in store and online for a light fixture that I was hoping to replace. This to include calling Joe for step-by-guidance in checking store wide for a replacement. I was impressed. Did I mention Ms Claribel Ruiz didn't stop? She continued a major company-wide search. I purchased a Bolen's Gas Blower on 8/22/2020 from Lowes and used it once. Second time it took 5 minutes to start it and lasted for about 3 minutes. Took it back to Lowe's to try and upgrade. They said no. Response was "You didn't buy a warranty". I understand I didn't buy a warranty. I'm glad that is how you base your Customer Service decisions on buying replacement plans. I was given the option of having a less than 6 week purchase sent out for repair. The kicker was the $80 fee I would be charged to repair a $89 blower. Won't return to Lowe's for anymore purchases. Horrible! Selling roses while the roses in their landscape are severely infected with Rose Rosette disease! It's a highly contagious disease and all the roses in their garden center are almost certainly infected. We have talked with management at least once about the infected roses and they have never taken care of them. I visited this location on 6/16 @2:30 PM. I was looking for a certain type of screw that I needed. As I was looking for the screw two associates walked by one female and one male. I walked toward the associates to ask for help. The female associates proceeded to walk away. The male associate Santiago was there. I asked him if he were a manager (hopefully he could help me) Santiago response was "Are you a manager"? I was taken back because I was not expecting that response. Do not order kitchen remodels from this place. I spent about two hours getting estimates to then find out this did not include installation and I would be charged $75.00 to have another person cone ti the house for measurements (which were taken initially to quite the cabinets). This was not told to me at all throughout the process Lowes, your lack of communication at this store not only lost you a 15,000 to 20,000 dollar remodel but also other sales. I went to Home Depot and spent another 500.00 dollars on things I intended to but at Lowes. Every other company I am dealing with so far provides one inclusive estimate after their visit. I waited in the appliance area I promise you for 25 minutes... pushed the " need help push this button" button 3 times and after 25 minutes a sweet man by the name of Guy who works in cabinets came to try to help me the best he could. Went to purchase a stove and schedule a delivery. White Lady in the appliances department seemed like she didn't want to help us. When we got there she was helping a black woman and so we waited. She finished with her and didn't acknowledge us there. She instead decided to go off and help an associate. She finally returns and asked us if we need help when we were clearly standing there waiting for assistance. We said yes. She says "oh I thought you were with the other person".
