When we took it in to get it fixed, they said the warranty would NOT cover it and made us pay an additional $130 to get it fixed. The repairman is extremely rude and argues with his customers when he realizes he's in the wrong. DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY SELL YOU CRAP.

The cashier they've had for at least a few years now though, is awful. Earlier this week, I purchased a wall switch that I already knew may not fix my problem, so I asked her point blank before I checked out how long I had to return it and she told me 30 days. 3 days later, I'm back to return it because it did not fix my problem, and she called the manager up to ask him if she could refund my money for it. He looks things over and says yes, and I mentioned after that that I had asked her specifically 3 days prior about the return and she had told me "Yes, 30 days." Then she said that their 30-day return policy was only for unopened items, and that she had told me that 3 days ago when I asked. I chuckled and said "No, you absolutely did not" and she argued with me about it. I told her she was lying, and she asked me not to come back there again. I responded that she shouldn't be lying to customers about the return policy, and she got mad and said she could replay the video recording of her telling me differently, to which I replied "Good, I'll wait." She then refunded my money as directed by the manager, and I left and may never be back.

She called over her walk-in talkie.... And that is when Steve (guy in the black shirt) walked into my plumbing emergency. Steve told me I was totally in the wrong aisle and he confidently took me where I needed to be. He took the nasty used pipe out of the old grocery bag I had it in, and got to work. He found everything I needed. He had to cut the pipe as mine was not able to take a kit piece. By bringing the old piece in he was able to cut what I needed to size. I was in and out, so quickly!
