I just ordered cabinets for an airbnb rental I own. TERRY in cabinets could not have been more helpful, he went the extra mile. I placed my order and got a 3d print of how my kitchen will soon look. I must also comment about Rob/Ron in the window treatment dept. He ordered blinds for my personal home and they were perfect, I'll soon order again for my cabin! Lowe's in Guntersville is one of the best stores you will find period. The people here are friendly and will do whatever they can to help. I spend a lot of money at this store and usually find just what I need for our home improvement projects. Special thanks to the friendly folks at the customer service desk for letting me return the unused items from a major, summer-long project. I bought riding lawnmower from lowes. I was told when i bought lawnmower it came with 90 day return. Plus i got 3 year warranty which 295.00. I got warranty because they said they will come to my house for repairs and most things covered. So i felt comfortable buying the lawnmower. 1 day short of 2 months of having lawnmower the belt broke. The reason belt broke because the clutch shaked so bad. So i called lowes who do i call to get it repair. A employee told me call craftsman. So i did and i spent hours and hours on hold. I called lowes again. Manager says you dont call craftsman. You call lowes warranty people. He said i have 90 days to return lawnmower. I said no i need a lawnmower. I spent next 2 days calling lowes warranty. I was again hold for 45 mintues each time i called them. So finally i was able to talk to someone. She calls back 2 days later said nearest shop 50 miles away and there 50.00 charge. So i go back lowes and employee name james said no manager on duty and i cant return lawnmower til managers are on vacation. So today i bring lawnmower and witch of manager says it only had 30 day return. But i was told 90 day return by guy who sold it and 2 other managers. She didn't believe the warranty people charging me 50.00. So i called them and she heard them say yes 50.00 charge. Manager says if i want lawnmower fix i have pay 50.00. I will never ever spend another penny at lowes. They all lie! So i have lawnmower that no longer works. I gotten such run around. read more

This is by far one of the worst local lowe's stores. The stores located in Gadsden and Owens cross roads are much better. No one wants to help you find anything, people who work there will be congregated around each other staring at ya, then When someone DOES help you they act they are doing you a favor. This is not an isolated event this has happened on more than one occasion. My dad bought a riding husqrvarna mower there, he paid the new price with his lowe's card. We got the mower back and there was a lot of grass debris under the deck and a hanger was broken! They sold him a mower that someone brought back after they used it what looked like all summer. They offered my dad a deep discount on the thing, but it was the principle of it. They sold him a mower for a new price they knew was used. read more
