This has got to be the worse Lowe's I have ever been to. The manager is lazy, my orders are never ready, I wait every time 30 mins or more for pickup even though I get message that my order is ready and with a call I'm on my way please have it ready. The other day I spoke with her over the phone, she went to check and said it's ready, nope it wasn't and it took just over a hour to get it rounded up and loaded. Then on another occasion I was trying to complain over the service and they were talking in Spanish but didn't realize I speak and understood exactly what they were saying. Calling me names and derogatory remarks about me. Then the next order for pick up wasn't ready and I walked into store (mind you I was given notice again that my lumber and fencing was ready) and I had to walk the store with a fellow who couldn't find all items on my order, 1 hr wasted. Once all items were gathered the gentleman who brought it to the truck (large gentleman) couldn't get into my truck, it has a step built in, but couldn't load wood, wire or cement. I'm 108 lbs woman 62 yrs old and had to load it my self with him standing there watching. And if your asking yourself why I didn't get another worker to help, I did and I was told that no one is available to assist as I'm standing there looking at several able body employees that finished loading a contractor up in his truck but yet when she said that to me they all walked away. Then this young man said I'm sorry but we do what we are told to do. Know that I'm perfectly capable of loading my orders but tell me why? I purchase often , I mean All the Time! No one should have to load their orders when we are the customer. Lowe's management staff sucks wet socks, the worst customer service, truly doesn't care about improving service. I should have recorded several times but in the moments I didn't think about it due to the aggravation. By the way I called those women and manager out when they were talking about me in Spanish right then, the manager immediately walked away and the others were embarrassed and shocked that this woman understood everything and they all walked off in different directions. It was very difficult getting help here after 5pm in appliances and in Lumber. I had to be that person to demand management although, I was there for a few hours to simply order bespoke fridge and stove, Jared was helpful. I guess he's a new store manager. So, ask for him when you can't find help to the rescue. I got my fridge and stove btw and love them. May go back for a dishwasher of same brand. read more

I love the store and products.and some workers r great ..but right now we r going through a pandemic right now and one employee blasted us (customers) for going to pick up plants and paints calling us idiots on Facebook ...if it wasn't for us they wouldn't have a job .. ppl go and get plants and paints to help them cope with anxiety and stress being isolated at home .. Don't try and get help In the Tile Isle! We had him called twice he walked by 30 mins later and said he would be back. He was helping someone else then disappeared again! So we are going to another town to go to homedepot.. Poor customer service be careful if they load your truck they will scratch the paint if you are watching them closely... I've been trying to get help on a $1000.00 door that I purchased less than 6 months ago at the Kingsville Lowe's, but all I get is the round around. I called the manufacturer of the door and they told me the the door is under warranty. But I have to go to my local Lowe's and have them order the door part that I need of which I have gone 4 times and called 5 times but they refuse to help. I'm 70 yoa and getting over a hip replacement and had to buy a new dryer. I bought a Whirlpool Dryer three weeks ago and the light bulb went out. Very long story short, I called the store 5 times (4 times disconnected or hung up on me)before I could get an assistant manager. I told him I had talked to a lady and told her my bulb was not working and she told me to bring the dryer back in. He was no help and told me to call manufacture. I told him I spent right at 500.00 and he can't help me out with a bulb. I also told him I would NEVER do business with this store again. Found everything we needed here. The store is organized and neat. The line was short. Hard to find employees around to help though.

Always over priced you usually find every thing there but u have to rome around like for an hour and there are so many employees but they never come forward you always have catch them i would really recommend home or office depot if u want an easy shop! read more

Staff is courteous and professional. Standard lowes layout, but the expertise of the people there is what I admire the most. Only negative is the layout of the parking lot...it is hard to see where to turn in if you haven't been there before, so beware. read more
