Walked into the store unknowing it was closing time upon walking in 2 employees just stared at us…read moredidn't welcome us or mind to politely remind us it was closing time. Instead a guy rudely rushed us to get out of the store because it was closing time like 2 mins later when we were in an isle. Didn't bother bagging any of our items and just scanned from the cart. Mind you it's 7:05 during check out. It's never the way the store looks or what's in stock the store is always great but the customer service could absolutely be more polite. My bad for wasting 5 mins of your time.

There's not many options in the small town of Sinton, but these guys really know their stuff, and have a great store. Their selection is right on- they have everything from home improvement supplies, to farm and ranch materials. They sell stuff for hunters, as well as a weekend warrior DIYer. The staff was fast and efficient checking out the long line of people who were coming in for storm materials in preparation for the upcoming hurricane. They had long sold out of plywood and sandbags, but were helpful with coming up with creative alternatives, like trashbags that you can fill up down the street with sand, or chicken wire to keep things pinned down in high winds. The prices were fair, and there is plenty of parking- especially if you use the empty service station next door. They have a back area that they can load things into your pickup truck using a forklift. Whether your needs are big or small, Troop on down to Troup Hardware!
