When my ex-husband and I purchase our home we actually came here and we had new windows put in and we bought the windows from Lowe's we had new doors put on we purchased all that stuff from Lowe's and actually some of the stuff we actually got them to come and install and the price was very very reasonable they don't our floors and I was very very very happy with the work that was done. My last purchase was a hot water heater and all the parts and I have never had a bad experience or buy anything from Lowe's I've purchased my mom appliances for holidays and birthdays and Etc I think they have the best plants here in town I love shopping here at Lowe's, I know everyone the customer service is awesome I can't say anything bad about them I am a loyal Lowe's customer and I will always be a loyal customer this is my happy place read more

I wanted to express my thanks for going well above and beyond, to Kasey in the flooring department. I needed six pieces of a 4x12 ceramic tile, and after looking it up he found that there was a box somewhere in the store, As it's shown on the inventory. But due to a recent reset, we couldn't find it in any aisle, high or low. I gave up and told him don't worry about it. He wouldn't take that for an answer. I came back 30 minutes later and he found it ,he didn't give up on it when he could have easily told me that y'all were out. And for a measly six pieces. Anyways appreciate that, those 6 pieces helped me finish the job and move on to my next project. read more
